Thank you this is by far the best hair growth video I've ever seen. You covered things other videos did not cover, like density and hair type. You are the queen of hair.

Hello ladies. I’ve been on a hair growth journey since late 2017. I have type 2C-3A hair. The only piece of advice I would give to someone looking to grow their hair long is STOP THE BREAKAGE. Doing this lets your hair grow to its maximum potential. Ways to combat breakage are not doing chemical treatments, using conditioners or hair masks with great slip so you can finger detangle in the shower, not washing hair more than thrice a week, using a good detangling brush like the wet brush or tangle teezer( super important), limiting brushing hair to only after you’ve washed it while it’s damp. Never brush or comb your hair in the shower while it’s sopping wet, only use fingers to detangle at this point. I don’t think oil treatments are crucial to growing your hair long…but doing them occasionally won’t hurt. Especially when your hair is super tangled, before you hop in the shower, do a coconut oil mask for a minimum of two hours and right before shampoo, brush your hair out with a tangle teezer. Trust me, this combo works like magic in detangling super tangled hair with pretty much zero damage. Take care of your hair while sleeping by doing protective hairstyles or wearing a satin bonnet or sleeping on a satin pillow case. As with skin care, less is more with hair care. The less you manipulate it, the stronger it’ll stay. Embrace and Enjoy the natural colour and texture of your hair while you are growing it out.

@@jessm1986 hi! I’m glad you liked the above. I’ve 2c-3a fine curls. I firmly believe and know at this point that good haircare doesn’t have to be expensive. Drugstore products work just fine. Sulphates and silicones are NOT bad. All you need is a shampoo that cleanses well without stripping, a conditioner/mask with great slip and a great detangling brush. Oh and always shampoo twice!

Totally have enjoyed this video. I have been in Touro mall with my hair for five years now. it’s finally getting getting better due to damage from WEN by Chaz Dean. You did a wonderful job on this video summing it all up one. Very impressed from all the research I’ve ever done.

I agree; this was a very informative and well thought-out video regarding hair health and potential growth. Please keep it up. I'm on year 4 of my journey from shoulder-length to my goal of hip-length.
