Looks great! I noticed and love your tile floor. Is it one piece or separate tiles? I want to get a one piece linoleum type floor for my rv because i keep spilling/stepping in the dog's water bowl and the edges of some of the laminate wood are starting to come up. One tip I can share is, if you only have a couple of screws you want to paint and don't want to buy an entire can of paint, use nail polish! I recently painted 2 screws (on the door latch) black that looked rusty and ugly. I already had black nail polish and its enamel so its durable. I plan to do the exterior metal door trim where there are many, many chips that's showing bare metal.
The trailer look's good. I had a leak on my travel trailer, it ended up being the screws on the fender. I hope you caulked the holes before you put the screws in. safe travels

Do the 30 lb tanks affect the tongue weight much?
