Hi NAOMI, thank you! Good to hear from you. Recently saw a video about land for sale at Berekuso and you came to mind. I hope all is well in Aburi. Have great week🙏🏾
@@naomibruce7422 Ha haaa...some of my people are from and my late mother is buried in Akropong. Bless her soul🙏🏾 My friends from primary and secondary school are mostly in Accra and all over Ghana. The problem? Accra in particular and Ghana in general are very expensive. Enjoy your week🙏🏾
Hi @Christelle's African Lifestyle, thank you for tuning in and thanks for dropping your comment. What intelligence? You got it twisted🤣🤣🤣 You can see from this video, elements from your video coverages of Togo. There are a couple of channels trying to do the same. Whether it is the trips from Lomé to Aneho, Atakpamé and others, we get to see the country through your lens. Whether it is the rooftops at Caisse or other real estate related vids...we confirm ideas of what to do. @Christelle's African Lifestyle, thanks for dropping the comment and keep up the great work on your channel🙏🏾
Hi Brother Ayivi! Thanks for the various project updates at the building site. Good to see things coming together. Yes, Togo is West Africa's unsung hero of shipping and other factors related to business in Africa. Thanks for another great update! Shalom! 🙏🏾👍🏾
Hi @Yenko Africa, Happy Mother's day to you. I hope you are having a wonderful, fun-filled day. Discovered these facts about PAL recently. Ha haaa...and I have been hesitant to ship from the USA to Lomé for this project. Will take another look after an actual visit to the ports. Enjoy your day and have a blessed week🙏🏾
@@AyiviTV Hi there Brother Ayivi. Thank you very much for the Mother's Day greetings. It is a wonderful, peaceful day of relaxation. I thank YAH! Yes, a visit to the PAL, a good clearing agent and a trial run shipment may help you decide. A blessed week to you as well. Shalom🙏🏾
Ayivi! Nice to see the Mozambican flag feature on your video. Sarakawa hotel very nice I'll check it out. Hospitality is very dear to me, infact i helped softlaunch and later launch one of Mozambique's biggest hotel years back. However, it's not doing very well these days. Great info on Lome and Togo Thanks
Hi @Krone Moz, happy to read your comment. Your choice of words signal that you may have worked in the hospitality business. Yeah...the pandemic has dealt a severe setback to that business globally. Travel is picking up and hopefully we'll see a strong rebound globally. If you will be in these parts, let me know. This place may be ready then 😊. Thank you and enjoy🙏🏾
@@AyiviTV I did work in hospitality 🤣. Since, I do some work with the energy and extractive industries, it's a matter of time until I show up at your door steps XD. I'll do some search on your sea port. Thanks
Hello Ayivi. There is a seemingly never ending need for work to be done on the house. You are certainly up to the task. Thanks for taking us along for the trip to the beach. Are you buying the refreshments as well?!😄😄
Hi Richard, good to read your comment. Agreed. At this stage we are reacting to nature, taking out the imperfections and setting up for exterior wall painting. @Richard Latse, sure. Drinks on me, at Marcelo. Have a great week🙏🏾
Hello Mr. Ayivi, hope all is well. Interesting video. The roof screeding.... honestly; it is necessary to avoide damaging the concrete slab and the iron rods within. Are the alluminium frames still in shortage.... and when are they arriving? Mercelo beach.....can't wait....to see what it brings..... A bit depressed due to my last video on land for sale but hoping marcelo beach ⛱ puts a smile 😃 back on my face. Regards Mr. Bright from Bright&Clara's channel
Hello Sir Bright, As usual, wonderful to read your comment. Keen eye! Yes...the mason did not screed the top of the sentry box. I will not blame anybody. The buck stops with me. Thanks🙏🏾 On the Alutraco materials and window frames, me too. As I write, i am waiting to hear back from my collaborator about supply on the market. Ha haaa...on Marcelo, we will get there. I already told you that it will be a brief visit. Let's call it a glimpse 🤣. We are constructing a house and not chilling on beaches 🤣🤣🤣 Hoping all is well in Dubai. Thanks for dropping your comment 🙏🏾
Hello @G P, Good to hear from you again. Thank you for the question. No damp proof was not applied to the foundation and neither was it applied to the rooftop slab. DPMs are not commonplace in these parts. For the foundation, it is well elevated and we are not in a flood zone. For the main rooftop, our plan has been to come along a couple of years later to seal the surface with bitumen/tar and a waterproof mat. For the sentry box, no screeding was done to the slab. I'll not blame anyone. It is my bad 🤣 Again, thanks for the question. Don't be a stranger...come again 🙏🏾
Hi @G D, thanks for tuning in and thanks for the question. Flintkot BE 3 and Pain de bitumen. For the brand of mat or covering, it will be a choice between Hyrene, Terragum or Arma. Those 3 are available at the leading construction materials retailer in town. Thinking brick red, green or grey. Not sure yet. Need to put my mind on choice of wall color on rooftop to make a final decision on color of mat. I hope this helps. Take it easy 🙏🏾

Hello @M Barry, thank you for tuning in and thanks for dropping your comment. Ranked in terms of the number of containers handled (TEUs) per year in West Africa. PAL is #1. Due to efficiency in operations. The big seaports like Apapa and others are not as efficient. All sorts of issues handling and moving containers out.
