I am watching this video on a television instead of my computer. The TV really brings the video to life. Your home is absolutely beautiful. Congratulations, you have come a long way. I trust that the Most High will bless you to finish the course. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your journey, knowledge and experience with us. Ayekoo! 🙏🏿👍🏿👏🏿
Thank you for the compliment @joseph amoah. I will be sure to share this with the hardworking artisans and collaborators on site. Please, do come again.
I've just started following not long ago and I am impressed by the design and the fact that the workers have been doing a very good job at translating the architectural plans into a real building. I dread starting a construction project in Lomé while living abroad but your experience is proving me wrong. Well done. Like our Ghanaian neighbors would say: Ayeekooo
Hello @Franck Kuwonu, welcome to the channel! Thank you and I'll be sure to share your compliment with the artisans and collaborators on-site. If you want to build back home, the time to begin is now. Material prices keep going up, the cost of building is rising and home values are appreciating. @Franck Kuwonu, please feel free to reach out with comments and/or questions. Blessings🙏🏾
@@AyiviTV I sure will. Heading there in two weeks for initial surveys, including visiting Le Watt & Batimat, just the way you did earlier & talking with people on the ground.
@Franck Kuwonu, have a safe and productive trip. Feel free to reach out with questions or comments. Inquiries may also be sent to ayivi.tv@gmail.com. Wishing you all the best as you embark upon your journey 🙏🏾
Hi @JADOK Plus, thanks for dropping your 2nd comment today. Much appreciated. You bring up an interesting topic. Given the narrow lot size of 15m x 40m, the intent of the rooftop is multi-purpose. To increase livable space. A location for: a water filtration center and lines to dry clothes. Yes, a place to also relax and entertain/party, if Infinite Intelligence permits. Time will tell. Thank you for the question. Have a great week!
Hi @Richard Latse, ha haaaaa... 😂😂😂 thank you for dropping this comment. Naming the property has not crossed my mind. Excellent idea, but try again on choice of name 😂. Let's take up this interesting topic when a building occupancy permit is granted. @Richard Latse, I appreciate today's double post 🙏🏾
Hello NAOMI, thank you for stopping by. Swimming pool? That was in the plan once upon a time. Then the realities of finances and budgeting set in 😂 Great idea and thanks for the comment 🙏🏾
