Can you make a video on "essential shoes a guy needs in his wardrobe"?
Such great looks, and helpful reminders about the science (or how colors work or don't work together, to be more accurate) behind colors. The outfit at 8:42...that was not a great look for you. But the others were awesome, as usual. Thanks!
noted!
Another great video - informative and fun to watch! I have to ask about that jacket, tho. It's 🔥🔥🔥 Where is it from?
"Getting inspired by one piece"... Of course! Luffy always inspires me to be stronger!

In-depth but easy to understand. Well done, man! Thanks for the shoutout 👊🏻
The Modest Man any time man :)
Tim Dessaint sent me here , great vid 👍
In the world of men's fashion it is very difficult to find someone who has good taste without exaggerating. You got this balance which I appreciate. Good advices!
I personally like the idea of an outfit that consists of one staple color but wearing different shades/tones of that single color.
me too i never tried it i have to do it ;)
yeahhhh one of my faves man!
James B
Monochromatic.
Tim Dessaint blessed me with this vid
If my gratitude could be measured in water drops, your place would be flooded.
I wanted this so much, extremely needed it. You've given such golden tips, your advice is so useful, comprehensive & extensive, the way you've used examples is brilliant, so many things have been covered and explained....What more can I say! It's a complete package.
I’m a female. I watched thousands of videos on this subject. This is the best one! 👏🏻
N L the hell are u?animals? How bout sayin women or girls instead
Mybad 😮 you are so bad ooooh so male 😂
The vein trick to identify your undertone was absolutely CLUTCH. So helpful thank you dude
legit tips for men in colour matching. this dude really on sleek in wine read and tan jackets, ooh i love those sneakers too!
I've seen a lot about colour theory recently! Really interesting video, Marcel!
Jim Chapman thank you brother :)
Woah Hi Jim!
I’m quite obsessed with your German English accent here, very thick!! I used to work in a German company and all I could hear if not paying too much attention sounded very German to me. Great video I’ll recommend this to my male friend.
Probably one of the few men fashion channels, which doesnt recycle every video. Especially the last advice is great. Thanks :-)
This channel is dope, two videos in, alot of information in a short and entertaining way
I've found, at least for me, that one of the coolest and smoothest looks is an outfit is one that is composed mainly of " analogous grays." That is, two colors that exist next to each other on the wheel, in their grayer version,,....and of the same value (lightness or darkness). for example: Light Blue Gray jeans, with a Light Violet Gray button down. Dark Blue Gray Jeans with a Dark Blue/Green Gray Henley. Middle Orange Gray (brown) Chino's with a Middle Yellow Gray (Ochre) Crew Neck Sweater,...and so on. You can go around the whole color wheel and find tons of possibilities that fit into this Analogous color harmony scheme. So only slight contrast in Color, with very little or no contrast in Value or Saturation/Intensity of the colors. If the largest items (pants and tops) are made from that, then whatever accessories or shoes you put on will go nicely. I hope that's not too over simplified,..but as a beginner I really find a lot of possibilities with that harmony. Thank you.
I think finding the right colors for your complexion is more important than matching. Assuming people are not combining outrageously incompatible colors, they can combine almost any color that suits their skin undertones.
example: With light brown skin and neutral to cool undertones I can rock maroon shirt and teal chinos in the same outfit but my white friends would look tacky with that pairing. On the flip side, I would look ridiculous in something like beige chinos with a burnt orange sweater, but they'd pull it off.
I have a different opinion regarding orange, finding it embarrassing against my pale complexion.
@@bignose16 I agree. I think the outfit he described would look tacky on anyone.
You do sneakers with blazers better than probably any one I follow or know of. This video is so well done it's ridiculous.
that green outfit though
😍😍😍
The fact this video is free is absolutely crazy 🤯
The last one... yes. Eyes are beautiful and bringing them up through the clothes is a good idea
One of your best and most informative videos to date...thank you, Marcel...we appreciate the effort in this video 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Matching outerwear with footwear is usually a solid choice
What happens when you take your jacket off indoors?
I just love your sense of fashion. I just wished I was tall. I literally don’t get anything my size most times.
I wish I was shorter, as far as fashion sizing goes - I like my size in itself, but it's tough to get fitting pants for a 6 foot 4 inches body. Everything has ups and downs.
Height lengthening surgery is the way to go.
I like the green one
Love the green outfit!
❤ new to your channel and love your content with photos. Thanks for the quick study on color as it relates to style and fashion.
Dude this is a great vid. If a guy watches this and STILL can't put together an outfit, he's hopeless haha 👏🏽
hashahaha thanks bro
hahah totally agree!
guess I'm hopeless.

What a shitty fit.
Revisiting this video a year after the first time I saw it, still one of the best videos on youtube regarding outfit composition
Jacket and shoes color matching on point :)
Thank you so much for the video! been waiting for it! (also hype for being one of the comments at the start of the video)
hahaha hell yeah! proof that you were waiting for it ;)
One Dapper Street hahaha well obviously! Been waiting on the edge of my seat ;)
Such an Amazing topic to talk about. I really like most of your contents.
Great video! Amazing to learn something like that about the different tones of skin and in general the psychological part of how colours work together. And I don’t really think about the different tones and colours, but all these things are subconscious in my mind. It’s all about aesthetics
So I just finished watching all of his videos and then decided to throw away everything in my closet. I think I may have found a new religion. #1dapperstreet
Same here
Same too
This is very interesting video about undertones. I never took that into consideration but it makes a lot of sense. I really enjoyed this video... definitely taking notes lol. Great job bro. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks man know I have a clear idea of how to do it 💡😎
This is basically the best video on UA-cam right now. Haha. On this topic anyway. Very well done. I'm looking forward to what you produce next!
*My brain is about to explode while understanding this!!*
Can't wait for the tailoring video
Awesome video... thanks man... really appreciate it
Solid content Marcel, well organized and well spoken; you should do more of the conceptual stuff like this. Your knowledge and ability to present it well is what sets you apart from many other Instagram based guys. Well done!
Thank for your videos. It Helps a lot!😊😊❤
Marcel this video was really interesting, yes great rules ;) i am a dude that loves colors especially bright ones. Sometimes i play safe and tone down the outfit but other times i take risks and i love to match opposite colors (purple-green,blue-orange,red-green ecc.) just to pop my outfits and be creative (i think like a kid ahaha) ;) #odsquad
This is my favourite fashion video on UA-cam. Please do more theory!
Thank u so much!
great job.
I love the 6:20 and 8:42 and 9:36 style
Best style brather
Great video man
Great advices!! No, I haven't think of my skin and hair tone as parte of my daily combination!! Thank you so much!!
Such an amazing details
Try to match yourself with the right formality. And don't forget belt and buckle. They are simply put but maybe indicate the quality of your dressing. The same way with the metal watches which should match the belt and buckle. Silver goes with silver while gold goes with gold.
Yes please! Amazing topic and amazing presentation. Thank you Marcel!
Grey/Blue/Brown/White...these 4 colors are the foundation in my opinion. Timeless for all occasions.
This is something different and surely intuitive! You're gonna go a long way brother!
Good informative video of u.. always i threw a piece of dress and work around it. Blue, brown, white, black and grey always work with everything. And generally if we like to make a stmt then we have to be confident on it...

I've been waiting for this video for a while and it was worth it, I loved it, very interesting and cool, I was almost hypnotized hahaha.
You gave colour to my wardrobe bro! 👌
please bring back your 'getting dressed' videos. Maybe a few a month. keep up the hard work
Great video! you can tell you're knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. I love how you have enough footage and pics of yourself to illustrate your point, makes it really easy to pick up on what you're pointing out.
Love your videos dude.
200k Subs Strong...🙏
You deserve More Than MILLION SUBS.

Bro, you look excellent.
Awesome videos as usual, where did you get the denim jacket from? It’s so beautiful
What is the outfit you are wearing for this video? The color combination matches very well. I love your videos a lot. Thank you 🙏

This is the video that I need Marcel thank you take care 💙😃
LOVE the timestamps. keep it up!
3:12 I thought it was the other way around
What a great video man. Very informative and easy to get. Love how we can approach fashion combined with science! Maybe you could do a video about complementary colors or the complete opposite; what never to combine.
Dope
Thank you for this video and all the facts! I feel extremely educated right now! 🎨🍎
Great work as always.
white is all colors combined in additive mode and black is all colors combined in subractive mode, Add R,G,B lights together it will be white then and R,G,B pain together it will be black
It inspires me to be in trendy and unique... thanq bro
Thank you for making this video. :)
great video dude,,
In the outfit at 6:20 you look like Miami Yacine!
I don't think about color's that much i just feel like it looks good so I'm gonna wear it
And I'm colorblind so it's kinda hard
if you got a feel for it, you got a feel for it, no need to overthink :)
One Dapper Street Thanks
No fixed rules, perception and balance is key.
Nice video, this is very similar to the reddit MFA post a few weeks ago, but much more understandable
Your videos are excellent, looking forward to seeing more
Hey Marcel! Amazing video! Can you include the link for your friend Brock's video you mentioned around 1 and a half minutes? Thanks :)
just did noticed i forgot :)
Can you show us how you style your hair and also, what you ask the barber to do when you go? I think I have pretty similar hair to you...., Can never get the haircutter to do even remotely half decent job
Bro, make more informative videos like this one! It's educational and interesting to watch! Has more value to it than just plain outfit showroom type of vids.
Ps dont get me wrong, those are fine too.
Like it❤️❤️
I feel like yellow undertone skin would look better with cooler colors to complement it. I have yellow undertone, and I def wear silver more than gold. Gold or other warm tone colors just make my skin look more yellow.
wow! you're really teaching people sense of fashion! love it! i guess i should go to fashion college somehow to deepen knowlodege about fashion :'D
I keep coming back to this! More of these videos :)
thanks G!
I like your color combination!! Looking forward to your future videos. Kudos to you and your subscribers :)
Could you make an analisis or coment colorfull outfits saying wath you see in them about composition wath would you take out or add? Stuff like that. This is an amazing vid and your vision is really brilliant. Chirs from Argentina. This channel will get enormous and I got here before the million subs I feel lucky.
Simplemente sensacional.
Wow! Can you teach me what colors works on me
