- Nissan Qashqai 1.5 dci Bad Idle Speed, lost power at low RPM after Replace and program 4 injectors.
The car has no diagnostic errors and doesn't even have a malfunction light on.
I already changed 8 injectors thinking they were the first 4 injectors and so they changed to others.
The injectors are programmed
I already changed the fuel filter.
I have already replaced the fuel pressure valve on the high pressure pump.
I have used 3 rail pressure sensure, but the engine is still the same.
Anyone else with this problem?
I had the same problem after the injector repair. We solved the problem by returning the old injector codes. As soon as the old codes were entered, the car worked normally.

@@srkitheone thank you. I'll try to enter the old codes again and it works fine. does it work in principle?? we installed completely new Siemens WDO injectors. can I ask what Diagnostics you entered in the Controller?
My nissan 2.0 diesal auto 2008 is doing this ? Just started what Is the cause so I can fix please
Yeh with these cars when it comes to diesel injectors. I wouldnt mess abt with any other brand other than original parts. Renault original parts are Continental/vdo. Just grab your original part number listed on the injector and search for brand new ones. Remember to keep the original codes as some times the new injectors wont work without programming
Is it on continental fuel rail? If so the worst iv ever worked on!
Over heated twice so got the head done twice...oil cooler needed replacing after that but leaked again....then belt went under timing cover and jumped the timing! Did all that and then small EGR pipe blocked and gave back pressure so blew the turbo which also ment DPF was blocked....
Genuinely the most horrible motor iv ever worked on!!
I saw that you fixed it with a new set of Siemens/Continental injectors, did your car use them initially o were them Delphi or similar? I am experiencing problems with Delphi ones and I wonder if I could switch to better ones
My car originally is Siemens/Continental.

I have replaced the same problem with 4 new injectors orginally and then this problem started with me? what was the solution for you?
Nissan here in Portugal told me that for my model, as it is already from 2011, they did not sell new ones and that they only sold rebuilt ones. Have your new injectors tested to see if they are working well, that's how I discovered my problem, I decided to test the new ones and they were working badly, I asked for my money back and bought injectors from another supplier.
Boas Nuno, nessa avaria alguma vez te gerou algum código de falha do genero: regulação de pressão na rampa de injeção.
O meu faz o mesmo que o teu, mas não perde potência, é só mesmo no ralenti, isto depois de levar 4 injetores novos da continental. Quando mudas te o regulador de pressão que está na bomba de injeção ficou exatamente igual?
Mudei o sensor da régua também e fazia igual e, até troquei a válvula de pressão de combustível na bomba de alta pressão.
Só resolveu após trocar os injectores novamente.
Os erros que davam era de unicamente injectores com o nome "Controlo de Injectores no limite máximo"
Boas estou com o mesmo problema mas num classe A.
Mas o meu só faz em frio E durante uns 3mnts juntamente com fumo branco.
Mandei testar a injecção há partida tudo bem.
Já montei 1 injector novo que mandei vir do autodoc ainda ficou pior...
Depois do primeiro arranque trabalha sempre bem apesar de achar a injeção ruidosa.
Eu comprei injectores na Sofrapa e os que comprei "Recondicionados" estavam a trabalhar mal no carro, mandei testar os 4 injectores e estavam todos mal afinados, uns a injectarem mais e outros menos, devolvi e comprei outros mesmo em uma casa de injeção e está a trabalhar bem até agora.

Hi, i have 1.5dci juke tickover bounces 800 to 1000 and looses power at low revs nearly stalls on take off. No lights on dash but previously had a code P0203 injector circuit /cylinder 3. I am no mechanic so not got a clue.
It took me a while until I got it right. I had to return the rebuilt injectors and go buy new ones at another parts store. And then everything was fine. For me the idea is that I have many injector repair shops, they are not doing the correct work, and for my car model Nissan and Renault no longer sell new injectors.
I have this exact issue. What have you done to rectify it? Has anything worked?

The ones that were sold rebuilt, they weren't working well.
Boa noite , eu no meu caso foi feita a substituição de um injetor e agora noto que o carro não desenvolve correctamente e os consumos instantâneos estão altos. Nunca me tinha acontecido
Eu como já disse, resolvi com outros injectores condicionados.
Os que comprei em loja estavam mal recondicionados, a Nissan já não vendia novos para o modelo em questão, teve de ser com recondicionados.
Já vai à fazer um ano e está tudo normal.
@@nunomiguelgomesalmeida4947o meu foi novo para um j11 de 2015. Mas não se sente força no arranque. Após aplicar os injetores notou que ficou todo normal ou demorou algum tempo ?

Boas Nuno, também me está a acontecer o mesmo. Instalei 4 novos da vdo siemens, atenção que não são recondicionados, e está exatamente como te aconteceu. Mandei vir da autodoc 4 novos
Eu acabei por instalar 12 injectores, comprei 4 reconstruídos na Sofrapa, e os injectores começaram a "cantar" e a trabalhar mal, reclamei e trocaram e deram mais 4 injetores reconstruídos da iguais aos que me entregaram e o carro a trabalhar igual e muito mal.
Decidi colocar o carro em oficina para ver se tinha outro problema, o mecânico decidiu enviar os injectores que me foram vendidos para teste em uma casa de injectores e, os injectores estavam mal calibrados para aquele código de motor, fui reclamar e levei a folha de testes, devolveram o dinheiro e comprei outros injectores reconstruídos na casa onde o mecânico mandou fazer testes e ficou resolvido. Já se passaram quase 2 anos ou 2 anos e nunca mais tive problemas.
Eu fui na própria Nissan e Renault e já não vendem novos para esses motores, todos que andam à venda por aí, são reconstruídos.
@@nunomiguelgomesalmeida4947 no meu experimentei a desligar a ficha do sensor de pressão da rampa e ficou bom, ralenti estável e a puxar bem...porque será?
Houve uma vez que tive um megane 3 de 2011 e lhe coloquei 4 injetores recondicionados e ficou com este sintoma... fui a renault com ele e lá fizeram uma atualização ao módulo de injeção e ficou bom...

@@fsilva2296 não sei dizer o porquê, de o relantim ficar estável com a ficha desligada, mas sei que com a ficha desligada o carro não tem muita força nas subidas, eu também cheguei a comprar um sensor novo, e ficou igual e devolvi.
A solução foi mesmo comprar injectores em outro sítio.
Nem todos os 1.5 dci os periféricos são iguais, existe muita diferença, os injectores de origem do meu modelo são Continental.

I already fixed the problem, claimed the injectors again, they gave me my money back and bought new injectors. Then the car's system is Continental/Siemens, we had to adapt the car's system and write that the car was carrying New Injectors.
The Siemens system adapts to injector wear. Putting new injectors in a system that is adapted to a worn injector will cause problems, so it's like performing a Reset on the Siemens system.
What was the sensor you unpluged
Injection ruler pressure sensor.
What is the problem
The engine started to give injectors error, then they were changed and started working as shown in the video, I complained about the purchased injectors and they gave me new ones, and the problem remains the same.
Engine running is not correct.

Connect with a bridge, in the plug there is an 8.2 kΩ resistor. The problem is known and discussed on many internet forums.
