Sounds like someone on the township council IS a vandal. The sculpture had been approved, so if this council decided they didn’t want it there anymore they should have contacted the artist (the info would have been available since they had approved it originally) or at least had a plan of removing it, not just cutting it down and leave it laying there. That council did a poor job all around. I suggest the voters take note of who was responsible for this.
