I know that the screen shuts off after a while when Charging it but it should still charge, it takes a couple hours for it to fully charge, are you using a 5V-2AMP or 3amp Charger box?
@@HubCityDrones the light goes out after a few seconds but the problem is that after 5 minutes everything goes out and I get the notification that it has disconnected. I use a 5v - 2.A charger
@@filippoz1976 Have you solved this issue? Mine is doing the same. I'm using 5vx2.1amp charger it doesn't charge above 3 bars. Been charging for 2 days now.
Don't know if you guys got this solved yet, but the problem is most likely due to the incompatibility with fast charging - either cables or chargers or both. The device will only charge with a standard cable and phone charger. And only charge to halfway, 3/4 max to extend battery life. Hope this helps.
