Thats naive. So easy to think that in this video. The brain RAPIDLY moves.. if they added a "as if thinking about a lot of things at once" it would have steered you even more on purpose towards the life flashing before your eyes thing. Thats a random made up myth. Spiritual nonsense.
Apparently, some people theorize anyway, it's your body trying to comb through all you collective memories trying to find some way, some answer, to keep itself going. The brain going through everything it stored to try keep you and itself still alive. But if that's true it's not like it'll be able to stop anything. Even if it somehow found the answer it ain't like it's gonna miraculously revive you. If this is true it's your body's fruitless last ditch effort in preservation. Tho I like to think it's your mind's way of calming you down and helping you come through terms with your passing. Allowing you to relive your life once more before you pass on. I like this idea more than your brain doing the equivalent to the sponge bob scene where in his mind a bunch of mini sponge bobs are running around scattering files around in a panic as everything is on fire. My friends mom died Wednesday night it was the saddest thing. her mom had a brain tumor and was into hospitalization. She was a very hard working woman and I hope that I can cheer up my friend and make her happy. I’m glad her moms in a safe place now up in heaven not having to deal with pain anymore❤
The only thing to do with his fear is to be prepared for it. To the best of your ability don't do things that will leave you with regrets. And establish a healthy relationship with God because at that point you will go to meet him. Jesus is the Way.
Just go over your life and revisit and be grateful for the most beautiful memories. If you make a habit it will be easier. It will make that a beautiful moment.
My baby sister just died today she's 3 years old I hope she can remember all the times we walked through the malls like father and daughter gosh I loved her so much
Sorry for your loss. My baby sis passed when she was 6. I was 13yo. It was hard. 😢 I am now 38yo with 6 children of my own. Innocent children don't deserve to die. 😢
I'm so, so sorry for your loss honey. 🙏🏼🙏🏼😞 I hope you have someone to talk to. I've experienced loss and the first day or 2 is unreal, your mind doesn't accept it. The true impact might not be hitting you right now. Just know that's normal and it's okay to reach out, it's okay to cry, it's okay to let yourself feel it and mourn and tell others how you feel. Don't keep it to yourself. But it's very important to get back up, keep moving and continue normal activities and routines - it really helps you recover! ❤❤❤ Sending love. 😢 Look forward and find joy in small things. 🫂🫂
I'm so sorry for the loss of your sister . I can't imagine the loss of your baby sister or any child for that matter. Just know that the second they died, they went to heaven and are with Jesus. He takes all innocent children to heaven. He loves all his creation, but bad things happen because we live in an imperfect and sinful world. You will see your sister again if you choose to accept Jesus into your heart And live a life that is honoring to him. It's a decision 😊we all have to make because this worldbwon't go on forever. It's coming together quickly. If you don't know Jesus, cry out to him and ask him to help you to know him. He will do that. God bless you ❤️
My beloved husband had a heart attack and collapsed. He never recovered. I held him and I was aware of an electrical impulse because he had just fallen and his whole body jerked, just once in my arms. I knew this was a dreadful event and I kept repeating what moved my heart to say, I love you, I love you, I love you. For some reason, I have always felt that he heard me. He was listening. It is very, very encouraging. He knew I was speaking the truth. I am old now and I do hope to meet him soon. How beautiful it will be if I do.
My condolences 🫶 Some more for thought what we actually know and studied: When you die, your brain doesn't just quietly fade to black-it puts on a literal light show. Studies on terminal patients and animals have revealed that in the moments after the heart stops, the brain experiences a massive surge of electrical activity. It's as if your brain, sensing the end, shifts into overdrive for a final burst of neural fireworks. Here’s what happens: 1. The Heart Stops: Once the heart stops beating, oxygen supply to the brain ceases, which should theoretically shut down all brain activity. 2. Electrical Surge: Instead, the brain kicks into high gear. Within seconds to minutes after clinical death, researchers have observed a sudden, intense wave of gamma brain activity-the kind associated with heightened consciousness, memory recall, and even dreaming. Some theorize this could explain near-death experiences. 3. Hypoxia-Induced Hyperactivity: The lack of oxygen causes neurons to fire uncontrollably, releasing a surge of energy. This isn’t a calm shutdown; it’s more like a system crash with sparks flying. 4. Neural Synchronization: The brain may briefly enter a hyper-synchronized state, where different regions communicate intensely, potentially allowing the recall of vivid memories or heightened awareness. 5. The Final Fade: This burst of activity is short-lived, lasting only seconds to minutes. As energy reserves are depleted and neurons die, the brain finally goes quiet. This last surge is one of biology’s most fascinating mysteries. Is it a random byproduct of dying cells, or could it serve some evolutionary purpose? Could it explain why people report seeing their lives "flash before their eyes"? The science is still catching up, but one thing’s for sure: the brain ensures it doesn’t go out without making an impression.
My father died from covid 3 years back. I was the only one with him at his last breath. I am heart broken to be the one at that place at that moment. To see the man you grew up with in such a moment, it literally shaken me. This video somewhat gives peace to me as i remember crying and talking so much with him during his last moment. May his soul rest in peace
It depends on what they choosed for their lives buddy. If you walked away your entire life from The Lord Jesus Christ, from God and His Word, The Gospel end ended up like this... Don't think that something good Will be awaiting for you in Eternity. Sin have it's final consequence. And that's not what God Who Loved us want. That's why He sent The Lord Jesus Christ to Save us from our sins and the condemnation we deserved. That's He gave His own Life for our sins on that Cross, and God Rose Him Again from the dead on the Third Day. And gave us The Gospel. "For God so Loved the world, that He gave His One and Only Son so everyone that believes in Him shall not perish, but have Eternal Life." John 3:16
@@Leader_ECif you brain is still alive when you're medically dead, having loved ones around saying loving things to you as you transition is probably a good thing.
This explains some things at least medically but what can't be explained even in neuro science is near death experiences and why people go off to these other dimention like places seeing other beings and our dead relatives and have these amazing magical experiences. Near death experiences are absolutely amazing.
Don’t think there is hell & if it does exist and someone from hell would have told us about it. Then we’d have no crimes or murders. Everyone would behave.
I remember reading in some research paper years ago, that the brain activity during those last few moments are similar to that of someone who is dreaming. When i leaened that it kinda tripped me out because in a dream state, you have no concept of time. Meaning that those few minutes of brain activity could last a lifetime in your head. What tripped me up was the fact that meant everything you're experiencing now could just be memories replaying itself. After a while i came to my senses but i still remember that state of mind
I always thought your perception of time was distorted just like when you're tripping, meaning it could indeed feel like a life time if not an eternity. Especially when you consider most dreams that feel like hours or days only last a few seconds.
💯 Ah, yes, the final act of the brain-a last, desperate encore of electricity as everything else shuts down. It’s like your body saying, 'Wait, one more thing!' before the curtain falls. Nature really knows how to keep things dramatic, even at the end.
I've two ideas of what is going there: 1. Feels like in these last moments our brain summaries everything what happened with us through the life, turns off last organism systems, ending all processes, and then executes last command to himself---Stop. 2. As some people joked, we see all memories, go through all our life moments, summary everything---basically, post credit scenes. By the way, maybe that's from where the quote: "Life flashes before the eyes upon Death", what means we see our whole life in these last minutes. In any way, it's surprisingly deep and interesting, like what we see at these moments, what do we feel at these moments, and so on. Hope you all, dear Readers, will live a decent and worthy life---have a great day. ❤

Then when i went to see him one last time after he was already gone his mouth was hanging open and there were still breathing tubes in his mouth. I still have nightmares about it occasionally.
The scary thing is, that we know neurotransmitters can significantly alter the perception of time (e.g., REM sleep, drugs), meaning those 10 minutes could feel like years, decades, or even forever. Depending on what flashes through your mind at the moment of death, based on past experiences, trauma, randomness, or stimuli, you could either be trapped in a hell of your own making or in a utopia-like state of bliss.
No desire to disrupt the hopes of so many here, but I doubt our characters are intact through this. Once oxygen has dropped so low, it would be an anesthesia state, slipping to a quiet brain dying stage. Perhaps there are images firing, but the person who stored them is no longer there to reexperience them -as before, with same (or any) processing. Once a person has lost their own character, they are gone, regardless of the body. We all die alone

True. Before seeking god from religions, its clear that among the so many you would think each individual religions all must claim different gods so none have the virtue of being specially true. Thats fair to think though until you are not familiar with each one's concept So the god that i will just advice you to find out and seek and believe in is that essential and ultimate necessary existence who is the ultimate reality the originator of all things. He is like himself not any other. He does not procreate or nothing divides from him beacuse he is indivisible and nor was he procreated from something. He is alone the highest the ultimate, he is Capable of everything. Having absolute will. He beyond all physicality, spirituality, metaphiscality, all realities, all existence are manifestations of his will. He is the absolute one above all. Only one in his fundamentality no parts, no peers, self-sufficient, eternal beyond all concepts of space and time rather all dimensions are there because he wanted and the way he wanted them to be they are. there is nothing over him but rather he overpowers and encompasses all there is, there isn't, there was, there is to be , there could be abd beyond, he the master, the initiator the sustainer of all realms, all fundamental laws and reason and mathematicals postulates are not by their own but caused by this ultimate will, he sets the physical and logic lawas accoridingly , he makes ultimate sense and does absolute justice, he is pure in his essence and not corrupt, he is the initiator and cause behind all, matter and energy doesnt come without will rather it is him the ultimate the absolute the all able who brought them from nothing, he is the creator so he creates yet he needs none rather all needs him, his knowledge encompasses everything because HE IS the reality, the ultimate reality the ineveitable truth. Nothing is beyond him, he is beyond everything, Space and Time are his creations, he is not contained by finite parameters he is infinite and beyond and this ultimate entity has intentionality and will, he is the ultimate conciousness the perfcetly sentinet the percfetly living, living eternallly free from the concept of time with what it gives of begining and end he is without them rather all those concepts are by his will. He is the originator of all concepts all minds, all conciousness he is the absolute one self, all humans are not but conscious because he gave them that energy by his will not from his as part. And then becomes the question of his will with your being sentinent to know him. Your purpose or mission in this set boundless reality he has placed you and surely thats not for you to be lost in insignificance. There is no question and no inquiry of cause and reason beyond his will rather there is always infinite wisdom behind each of his wills. No one can hold him accountable rather he holds accountable the beings that he gave the burden and responsibility with sentinece all that not in vain rather ith profound truth, justice and wisdom That which we wills must be and does become there is no otherwise its being is without question because of its essentially behind all potential of questions After all that said and established as the basis it becomes your journey to truth. I choose islam because its the only religion out there that give purely this very same basis. islam gave me this resolution and that resonated deep within me for this concept that i held and onwards from this concept of god every other thing of this religion is built and accompanied with logic. If you want know about sepcifics of this religion surely i have no justified knowledge but i would try to give you the pure islamic idea that should make sense to you about the thing that you are curious and indeed truth really is enthralling. When it comes to proofs there are countless for this kind of creator, its not non-sensical, mythical stuff Rather the ultimate proof of this lies in your self ability of deep thought your intuition can make it to this conviction on its self.
The reason why in Islam...the moment people die we should guide them to recite Syahada... Last 10 minute of your life to asking forgiveness to god.... Subhanallah

My grandmother told us she saw her mother in the corner about two days before she passed. My mom was nonverbal, but we asked if she saw something, and she nodded. We asked if it was several people. When we asked if it was her mom, she nodded. It’s so interesting the ways we know we’re going to die and prepare for it.
It seems that when someone dies, they only see dead people. You would think the person dying would see who they miss or friends they not necessarily have to be dead But people who die only see the dead. Wierd.. watch video interviews with nurses with terminal patients, they called it the Death Reach
I actually had a dream that I died and exactly this happened, and when I clicked yes I woke up. It was really fucking weird lol. I woke up upside down in by bed too (like head where your feet go) and It took a moment to realize where I was.
I was clinically dead for about 20 seconds. In my experience, I watched myself being worked on with a defibrillator by paramedics from above. I could see, hear & feel everything, but through a purple lens. My life didn't flash before me, but the opposite. I felt all my regrets & the urge to live. I remember everything as if it was yesterday. It gives me some hope that there may be something else to life after death.
That's interesting, thank you for sharing you story. I have read some stories of other people who 'died' a clinical death, and many of them had a similar experience to you.
Thank You for sharing this! I used to work in an ER, and I always chatted with patients who had just passed. Now I know that they were able to hear me. God Bless
When I was climbing one time, I fell, my brain played everything in my eyes, it also connected the fall to a scene inside of a video game I played as a kid. Everything moved slow, like I was falling for a straight minute despite only falling for 5 seconds. Luckily I fell into a bush with thorny vines, so I was unharmed somehow.

These accounts often include detailed descriptions of surroundings, conversations happening in other rooms, and even events that took place while they were clinically unconscious. Such experiences challenge our understanding of consciousness and raise intriguing questions about the mind's capabilities beyond the physical body. Whether these experiences are metaphysical or have scientific explanations, they remain a deeply interesting and mysterious phenomenon.
i had a small pup that passed away when he was just 5 months old. Even though i never really got to spend much time with him due to my hectic schedules, on the last day of his life, i bought medicines for him, fed him water and even stayed by his side the whole day whilst he was unconscious, with his eyes closed and breathing slowly. I stayed by his side till the moment he took his last breaths, while i whispered sweet words with his name and "i love you, thank you for each one of those sweet moments with us". Happy to know that he atleast knew my presence was near him the entire time. :)) I miss you poro, :(( rest in peace ♡
Well, its your brain, it knows it is dying. The "last ditch effort" is actually initiated by your brainstem and is called agonal respirations. After this, there may be electrical activity but it is FAR less than needed to sustain consciousness. You're gonna be unconscious and unaware 5-10 seconds after cessation of circulation. So unless there is an afterlife or some type of immaterial human soul, dont worry about freaking out for 10 mins before death,... its more like disorganized impulses as the brain starves of oxygen.
Im a nurse and i was helping a coworker care for a dying women. She had a rough life and was kind of a bitch to some staff but she liked me. Not necessarily true since if your body is dead then that means the receptors for feeling pain is also dead which means you feel no pain but you're pretty sure you're dying. Also, if you died in a swift way then you should've not feel pain since adrenaline stuff then followed by receptors died afterwards

fun fact about brains; if you actually die, sometimes your brain will stay alive for 5 minutes picturing all your best memories into one, so if you die the brain will stay alive and try to remember all of your best memories of your whole life.
I died on 11/23/22 of septic shock from kidney surgery the day before. I heard the countdown to my death "blood pressure tanking 60, 40, 20 oh my God we lost her" and my last thought was "huh?" I don't know if I said it out loud. Obviously I was "re-animated" that's what they call it against my DNR (do not revive). I did experience both heavenly interactions before my death then after. Pretty cool stuff I wish they wouldn't have brought me back. Heaven is that glorious!
i hate to rain on the parade, but i overdosed from fentanyl 3 times and every time the paramedics declared me clinically dead (no heart beat and not breathing) before they narcaned and preformed cpr to bring me back to life. the first time it took 7 narcans to bring me back. and all 3 times i was dead and my brain was starting to die, i was not conscious at all. it was like when you fall asleep and don’t have a dream. i never saw my life flash before my eyes or anything like that and my ex boyfriend also overdosed and he said the same thing. but i’m happy to say i’m 455 days sober from fentanyl now:)
Yeah. I've also had a no-breathing incident in the past, and it did feel the exact same as falling asleep. I just lost consciousness. There was, simply put, NOTHING.

I saw an Instagram piece where scientists examined the moment of conception and there was a flash of light. Sounds like this electric charge or whatever it is is present both in the beginning and ending of life. How amazing! We are amazing!
The brain releases DMT when we are born, when we sleep, and when we die. DMT is an extremely potent hallucinogen, so I'm guessing that this final impulse is the brain releasing it and the rest responding.
The part of us we call "ourself" is immaterial. It may be modulated by the brain, but "we" do not exist because of the brain. Humans are body, mind, and spirit. Only body and mind die. Think of your brain like a Radio antenna. It picks up the world around us and allows the spirit to function inside a body. Once we shed the body, we no longer need the brain as we become pure awareness. God is awesome.
Nah, body ain't responding chief. Shall we like self destruct now? Order granted. Welp it was a good one left side brain It was indeed a good one right side brain
Like a super computer stuck in faulty hardware and now the software can no longer function, it's actually so heartbreaking. If only we could keep getting new hardware to install the program on.
The brain doesn’t repair. Our immune system does that. The brain mainly send commands to the rest of the body. So if an organ is dead the brain still sends signals but they’re just never received. The brain though does start overloading fairly quickly after the heart is dead because the oxygen supply is minimized.
That does make a bit of sense, except people who are reanimated don't really have any major brain damage aside from stuff caused by lack of oxygen. I think it might be its last ditch effort to stay alive
@@austinhernandez2716there’s no evidence against it either. but for the sake of argument let’s say there’s nothing after. wouldn’t you prefer to spend your limited time being happy rather than scared of what’s to come? or maybe the thought of non-existence in comforting to you, and that who cares if you waste your life because only a generation or two will remember.

I should also probably state that I’m not Christian or Muslim, seeing how those are the most two popular interpretations of a creator
ya, I think my mom and dad heard me telling them I love them, and telling them everything will be ok and don't be afraid. and it also saddens me that, if we are in that position... knowing that there's nothing we can do in that maybe 10 minutes... lots of intense emotions might kick in, fear, confusion, sadness, anger, upset.. all cramp into one as we venturing into the void/unknown zone.. May all the Gods (regardless of religion) have mercy on our loved ones who must go to God's place. and may peace and grace be with us when our time comes. God, I missed them...
When I was a student nurse, immediately after a death I could feel they were not gone yet - not on a spiritual level but a physical one and I would speak to them very quietly and gently, tell them they are ok, its ok, everything is ok, be very gentle. Then I would suddenly get the feeling "they are gone now" and I mention this because it was always around 10 minutes. Crash patients who were revived could sometimes repeat what they heard us saying while their heart wasn't beating so I always felt the dead might be aware for a little while after death.
Finally a good explanation to my near-death experience I had a few years ago, my heart was no longer receiving oxygen while I was sleeping (I don't remember why), I remember the never-ending sensation of electric discharges in my brain and I have this memory of looking at myself from high in my room like I was leaving my body. From that day my perception of death changed forever😖💀
@@Minacious_Shenanigans Its actually really easy to experience it yourself without near death experience, just continuously meditate for long time without losing consciousness (if you loose you sleep)
@NamelessAwarenessG I'm not depressed over it, more so thinking of losing all conscious experience and ceasing to be here adds a layer of existential dread.
It's good to become nothing.. the issue is the pain while dying.. it's unbearable.. the fact we get some time to process it means the hell is a lot longer than I previously thought.. yeah I'm afraid of the transition rather than the fact I won't exist.

New fear unlocked: Being fully conscious in a dead immovable body unable to do anything but to be stuck with your thoughts.

Some more for thought what we actually know and studied:
When you die, your brain doesn't just quietly fade to black-it puts on a literal light show. Studies on terminal patients and animals have revealed that in the moments after the heart stops, the brain experiences a massive surge of electrical activity. It's as if your brain, sensing the end, shifts into overdrive for a final burst of neural fireworks.
Here’s what happens:

That's He gave His own Life for our sins on that Cross, and God Rose Him Again from the dead on the Third Day. And gave us The Gospel.

I remember reading in some research paper years ago, that the brain activity during those last few moments are similar to that of someone who is dreaming. When i leaened that it kinda tripped me out because in a dream state, you have no concept of time. Meaning that those few minutes of brain activity could last a lifetime in your head.

My dad died of Sepsis a couple years ago at 71. I wasn't there when he passed. Didn't even know it had happened until probably an hour later. I always wondered if he'd had any thoughts of me or anything right before the end.
It always kinda tore me up inside that i wasn't there. None of his family or loved ones were. Nobody imagined he'd go so quickly. I knew he wasn't well but i just woke up that morning and got the call. Miss you dad. 😢

Scary thing was i called the hospital to check on him the morning he died and the doctors said he was okay. They told me he couldn't get on the phone because he was in testing. Less than an hour after that i found out.
Truth be told he was probably already gone before i called the hospital.

Before seeking god from religions, its clear that among the so many you would think each individual religions all must claim different gods so none have the virtue of being specially true. Thats fair to think though until you are not familiar with each one's concept
So the god that i will just advice you to find out and seek and believe in is that essential and ultimate necessary existence who is the ultimate reality the originator of all things.
No one can hold him accountable rather he holds accountable the beings that he gave the burden and responsibility with sentinece all that not in vain rather ith profound truth, justice and wisdom
That which we wills must be and does become there is no otherwise its being is without question because of its essentially behind all potential of questions
After all that said and established as the basis it becomes your journey to truth.
When it comes to proofs there are countless for this kind of creator, its not non-sensical, mythical stuff
Rather the ultimate proof of this lies in your self ability of deep thought your intuition can make it to this conviction on its self.

Well, its your brain, it knows it is dying. The "last ditch effort" is actually initiated by your brainstem and is called agonal respirations. After this, there may be electrical activity but it is FAR less than needed to sustain consciousness. You're gonna be unconscious and unaware 5-10 seconds after cessation of circulation. i hate to rain on the parade, but i overdosed from fentanyl 3 times and every time the paramedics declared me clinically dead (no heart beat and not breathing) before they narcaned and preformed cpr to bring me back to life. the first time it took 7 narcans to bring me back. and all 3 times i was dead and my brain was starting to die, i was not conscious at all. it was like when you fall asleep and don’t have a dream. i never saw my life flash before my eyes or anything like that and my ex boyfriend also overdosed and he said the same thing. but i’m happy to say i’m 455 days sober from fentanyl now:)
I'm glad you're doing better! How is your ex (if you're ok talking about him) is he recovering too?
Yeah. I've also had a no-breathing incident in the past, and it did feel the exact same as falling asleep. I just lost consciousness. There was, simply put, NOTHING.
There are tons of PHDs, M.D.s and thousands of others that had different experiences from yours.

I pass out 3 times and didn't even know when I fell, just woke up at different parts of my bathroom-bedroom. I could have been dead and wouldn't know.
I saw an Instagram
piece where scientists examined the moment of conception and there was a flash of light.
Yes, we are made of energy and energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed.
God is amazing!
Credit is definitely to be given to our amazing miraculous creator- God!
I pray for you brother may the father be with you in all ur discomfort and may u find answers that ur looking for sooner than later amen 🙏
A cool theory:
After we die our brain needs time to process that our body is beyond repair and kind of overloads itself to kill itself.
Nah, body ain't responding chief. Shall we like self destruct now?
Order granted.
Welp it was a good one left side brain
It was indeed a good one right side brain
Loved this theory
You never lose consciousness, you are on your way to your eternal home.
Amen 🙏 🙏 🙏
Yes.. these physical bodies are only temporary carriers of us for a short period while we are on this earth
There is no evidence of that. People just believe because they want to, because they're scared of it not existing.
@@an78963 and I’m fine and happy with that. It’s great that you experience joy in that way. We have different views of the world, and while they might contradict each other, that doesn’t mean that people should be pushing their beliefs down other’s throats.
Last thing I want is some random nurse telling me I’m good in my ear when I’m dead idk you 😂😂😂
Finally a good explanation to my near-death experience I had a few years ago, my heart was no longer receiving oxygen while I was sleeping (I don't remember why), I remember the never-ending sensation of electric discharges in my brain and I have this memory of looking at myself from high in my room like I was leaving my body. From that day my perception of death changed forever😖💀
In what way?
Would you describe your experience as a positive one or a negative one?
How might this experience morph you as an individual?
@@Minacious_Shenanigans Its actually really easy to experience it yourself without near death experience, just continuously meditate for long time without losing consciousness (if you loose you sleep)
You have first hand experience that there is an afterlife.
The thought of non-existence is terrifying. I literally can't perceive it.
Because, You won't experience it. So no need to be depressed.
@NamelessAwarenessG I'm not depressed over it, more so thinking of losing all conscious experience and ceasing to be here adds a layer of existential dread.
@@whensheslurpsthetip8903 Oh ok
It's good to become nothing.. the issue is the pain while dying.. it's unbearable.. the fact we get some time to process it means the hell is a lot longer than I previously thought.. yeah I'm afraid of the transition rather than the fact I won't exist.
For God so loved the world he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have everlasting life.
I agree the thought of not existing is scary. I don't plan on experiencing it.
