Ephesus was not a Roman City, it was an Ancient Greek city and it was built in the 10th century BC from Attic and Ionians, who were Greek colonists!! Τhe Romans came later, ...indeed they also built important cultural monuments in Ephesus.

Yes. In the season there is a ferry from bodrum to rhodos everyday
