Before grabbing your wrenches , follow hose back from the tell tale and unplug . Now check for water coming from disconnected hose . Why ? here in the northeast the mud dauber loves to pack small holes with mud , like tell tales and give false impressions of failed water pumps . Have seen it happen twice
