It kinda looks like the other celebrities weren't too keen on Mary Ann. Brett would throw a barb at her and Richard and Betty didn't seem impressed by her at all. I caught a couple of things Richard said that was some what sarcasm. I'm just not a big fan of her.
Wow. Gene really makes a fool of himself whenever Mary Ann's on. This week (and even for those times) he's really been just too much and she doesn't look like she appreciates it but tolerates it out of Southern manners.
11:18 Lol! _"Will somebody tell that saddle bag to sit down!"_ Betty and her barbs. I used to think Brett was mean to Betty without provocation, but upon watching more episodes I realize Betty's just as bad, if not worse. (Meant in good fun, of course.)
Julie Overright They DID divorce after they separated. Yours is a common misconception. People get confused because Jack K. didn’t marry his long time partner until after Brett passed away. This has lead people to (incorrectly) conclude that he wasn’t FREE to marry until after Brett’s death. But this is not the case. Jack Klugman must have had his own reasons for waiting until after his first wife’s death to marry again. If I were to speculate, I can think of two factors that may have influenced him. For one, he may have wanted to spare his children the stress of witnessing their meltdown over such an event. For two, I can EASILY imagine that Brett would have been that type to make an endless fuss if she had to accept that her ex-husband had married another woman. We see on all these old shows that Brett cannot bear to let anyone have the spotlight (especially a younger and prettier woman, but anyone really.) So I can believe that she might have had a narcissist’s way if barely accepting her divorce from her husband: she would cling to the notion that she was still the one-and-only “Mrs. Jack Klugman”. 🙄

Ya know, even as annoying as some of them could be, it was beauty to withhold them seamlessly trading barbs with each other.
That's what the show was about.
I don't know about withholding them but I always like to behold them

THANK YOU! I really was wondering what it meant. 😂
Charles really wanted a kiss from Don….for 25 cents! Funny how Don decided to kiss the card instead!
You know make 💘 to the mother in law is the definitive answer, that's why NOBODY on the panel answered it
I'm surprised no one mentioned saddle shoes. I used to have a pair. They were actually trendy at one time.
I thought of Saddle Tramp lol the old Marty Robbins tune
Saddle oxfords

Donald was cheering on his opponents. What a good player!
I noticed that every time that dude won, he refused to touch Charles. Interesting.
It was the '70s. Back then, men were afraid that homosexuality rubbed off.
Also noticed he never picked Charles for those Super Match picks, he picked everyone else at least once.
@@mosseisleyYT not really…..more likely, Don was afraid of another kind of “rubbing”?
Very straight boy from Oklahoma probably very self conscious being being on national TV. What would his buds think?
Brett showed her card by accident, Im surprised they didnt do a do over bc of this especially since he won with it!
Gene checked with the other panelists quickly, and two if not all 3 of them had given the same answer.
You can't really tell what she wrote anyway 😄
I saw that.

Mary Ann seems to be super self absorbed. I love Betty she’s not only beautiful, she’s witty& smart
probably a reason I know nothing of her aside from Diffrent strokes lol

Gene is a product of 1950’s live television, where that was done frequently.
