Great to know. My woman got new wheels and we're using her OEM centers but wanted to paint them red for some pop. Good to know you don't even have to sand the caps or anything. Just clean em up and no primer either. Sweet. You just saved me a lot of steps! 👍
Looks great man! I have the dynamic spinner caps and would like to do the same since they only come in black, but in the original gray charcoal color that the rotor wheels come in. Would the disassemble be the same?
@@cjscarcollection18 hey man! Just giving an update. My rotors came in and turns out the dynamic caps don’t fit. The new caps are smaller than the older ones. I believe they are 60mm and the older ones are 69mm. I wound up selling the dynamic caps. I’ll just paint the 69mm if need be. 😅
If you want to be on the safe side and time isn't a factor, you could remove your wheels and pop them out by pushing them from the back of the wheels. If not, carefully use either a small flathead or pick tool to pry them out of the wheels. 👍

CAREFULLY use a flathead screwdriver or pick tool or small plastic interior trim tool to pry it out from the front of the wheel. 3. Use a 90° pick tool and insert it into the small hole and pull out the centercaps on the larger centercaps that cover the lugnuts also 👍

How did you pop off those center caps. Have the same rims and doing the same thing.
