I feel like there should be a penalty to your tokens for dying. He feels a bit stagnant if you get level 3 quickly. I also feel like his star powers or gadgets could do more to make the leveling up better, like extra buffs or special functions. He doesn't feel mythic (but Surge doesn't feel legendary either so whatever) but he just isn't unique or varied enough.
I think the reason he got mythic rarity is because token feature which is coming with benefit like speed up, wider super, and new bullet direction, which is epic and lower rarity dont have that, sound simple but yeah maybe clancy for mythic rarity is suit for him, and surge. Or maybe thats just the reason for developer to get easy money ykwim
