Thanks. Worked for me. Had to reset the radio on my 2019 Accord. Rebooted then asked me for the code which I wasn't able to find. But this helped me get past that screen and back to my radio.

Radio sends a code to the ECM, and if the code matches what the ECM has stored, it will unlock the radio. It still has an anti-theft code, it's just transmitted internally.
My 2017 Accord LX does not even ask for a code after replacing my car battery. My previous old Accord (year 2000) sound system is PIN protected. 2017 isn't.
I have accidentally enabled simulate secondary display on honda civic 11th gen infotainment system. Now I cannot use the touch screen as there is an overlay screen came up after enabling the secondary display. Can you please help on this? It would be great. It would work. If your radio is locked down after a dead battery this will fix it.
