Mental strength can only be measured in terms of a person's ability to manage stress and/or overcome difficulties in life. It has no other real meaning.

Exactly! Mental strength is the superhero of handling life's chaos and stress. It's like having a mind made of unbreakable titanium in the face of challenges. 💪🧠✨ What's your secret mental strength booster?

@@Noggin-Knowledge Confidence, faith in yourself, and a positive attitude that you are going to be alright no matter what happens in life. I would basically say it all starts with an upbeat, optimistic, and confident attitude that will never allow anything to break you or get you down ! Whatever your problems, this too you will overcome, and in the end you will become a better and stronger person for it. You really have to buy-into this mentality to become mentally strong.

War and chess involve some amount of deception and/or manipulation of your opponent. Now, I'm not saying these are necessarily bad things, myself; I actually agree that in the proper situations they are absolutely necessary. All I'm saying is it kind of undermines what you said in the beginning about Good and Evil. This is why I made another comment here about Good and Evil not necessarily applying to a discussion about mental strength.

love the top think tankers. so thanks top think.
i like all 10 bullet. points and could comment on all but i chose to go with role models.
i choose clint eastwood for his tv and movie roles.
he was a cowboy in all senses of the work. he is 97 years young. he is listed as being 6 foot 4. i was 6 foot 6 at high school graduation 1974. but at 60 something l shrink to about 6 foot 4 and a half. that makes me a hair taller than clint.
clint had a guest role in the famous mister ed. mr ed is like my baby brother edwin. mr ed only talked when he had something to say. my baby brother was my best man at my first mid life crisis wedding to my perpetual late departed gir friend my finance and my first wife jane.
jane had a grand torino like clint had in the grand torino movie grand torino.
clint was partner wit kee marvin ans other us service person and they share affects wit the jean selberg in the movie paint your wagon.
clint was the coca cola cowboy in the movie bronco billy. when the big top burned down. bronco billy thought alk was lost with his love sandra locke. he went to a friend who worked at an mental institution. the worker made american flags. the residents took american flags and sew up a new big top of american flage and bronco billy live another day under the big top.
my mother" s only brother was a prison guard down under in new zealand. uncle harry survived a prison insurrection.
clint was a prisoner in the escape from Alvarez. there are other prison movies clint was a dirty harry. uncle harry liked auto mechanic. as a hobby. so i say he was a grease monkey. clint had a orange orangutan called clyde in the any way but loose series where was the token car dis mantler . clint was a brawler and Clyde was the car dismantler and right turn signaler. ......
clint went for the gold in kelly's heroes. ....

Taking cold showers: where the icy water becomes a baptism for your mental fortitude. It's like a daily challenge from nature saying, "Ready for anything, champ?" 💪❄😄

'Good' and 'evil' are ethical terms, which does not mean they necessarily equate to making someone mentally stronger or weaker. It actually has to be shown that a particular behavior or trait makes a person mentally stronger or weaker. You can't just start-off from judging something to be 'good' according to an ethical point-of-view and then declare because it is 'ethically good' it necessarily makes a person mentally stronger. You actually have to demonstrate why this is the case -- otherwise you are just asserting a prejudice in favor of ethical behavior. Now, I'm not arguing that anyone should necessarily be unethical or amoral in their behavior, I'm just saying that, scientifically, such 'ethical behavior' actually has to be rationally demonstrated to result in a stronger mentality. Otherwise, you are just BULLSHITTING !

LIFE is a virtual WAR most don't REALIZE every second of everyday and someone with that mental strength would RECONIZE/ REALIZE that and stop living in delusional reality, no offence just the Truth of our delusional virtual model of reality so stop allowing others giving power to others by them controlling your emotional state/"REACTIONS" instead actually "RESPOND" WISELY without any instant emotions being triggered instead setting boundaries or just ignoring pointlessness altogether with confidence of knowing it your choice your control influence and not out of fear or foolishness but with wisdom/strength/courage, that's akin to a person having (EQ) emotional intelligence and understanding of life it doesn't have to be perfect just step by step better than yesterday's self, don't take everything SO personal most times are misunderstands/miscommunication or SHIT TEST that you FALL for😍
