    Excellent demo. Very easy to understand directions. I think I’ve got it now. Thank you. The only problem is that a quilt is heavier.

    Very well explained. I hadn't ever marked the space that should be left unsewn. I just guess at the general amount needed, but now I will try your method. Thanks!

    Thanks for your video. I find this method to be best practice. I use my Creative Grids folded corner clipper to cut the miter after measuring the overlap (I cut a wee bit 1/8" shorter to ensure no flaccid binding). Easier for me to work with cut edges (and the measure never fails) than trying to work with the large squared ends.

    Thank you for the video! I do have a question; how do you join the ends when the quilt is smaller e.g. a potholder?
