Shop only instacart here. I've done it 100 times and only got a tip 1 time. I'm tired of demanding rude customers who don't understand supply chain issues. A lot of items are out of stock so I refund then they refuse. There is no white rice only brown, chocolate ice cream not vanilla, no guacamole dip only salsa. Then I take a photo of an empty shelf. Shop for your own groceries you spoiled children
Hi Phil. That’s really tough. I haven’t personally shopped on Instacart for months now. I can’t imagine how demanding the customers are. I can honestly say I haven’t had the same experience with the Shipt customers. Interesting. 💛

The only thing that seriously bothers me . Is after accepting batch . Miles from store changes. And once in a while after clicking on accept they will add a batch going in opposite direction taking up to 2hrs to complete batches at times
I always appreciated seeing women shopping or doing uber eats with their children. Looking back, I think I may have tipped more.

Over the last week Idk if instacart hired a ton of New shoppers or what but when I tell you there isn’t a single batch available there is nothing! Nee batches pop up and after a millisecond a shopper took it no matter how bad the batch . It’s sad really I get people gotta feed there families but it’s really a shame the stuff instacart is pulling

You're never too old to start to stop learning I am going to school as a matter of fact right now to earn my bachelor's of science and health administration and I made the Dean's list it's awesome but I'm telling you I have seen so many new instacart shoppers and they're getting all the batches and I'm getting maybe three a day if that and I'm really struggling right now
There is a study done on people who work at night, it significantly cuts down life span. So the is no upside , except higher health bills.

I wish that both of you would contact people from News or morning talk stations. People are so unaware on how the gig world works. I was watching a morning segment in Chicago where I live, and the women were so misinformed or just didn't really care to know how this industry works because they truly believed we as workers have no option but to take all and any orders. I also had a man I delivered to that asked me how we got paid. I did tell him my base pay for delivery can be 7-10 dollars. He gave me $25 because he said he understood how difficult it could be. I wish everyone knew how much we actually make per order rather than just assume we make a lot just shopping for them. Too many people feel they have the right to not tip because we make so much just for shopping. The whole system for all these platforms need to be explained so well that people understand the money we get from them is definitely what makes an order worth it or not. I just went back to Instacarting after not doing so since about March. It’s soo slow! Not sure if this is the new norm or what’s going on. Anyone else experiencing this also?
I haven’t done it since last year. They even called me one day to know why I haven’t shopped in a long time and I just told them straight up that they want us to do too much for too little pay. Within two days I started getting emails about if I do seven batches I get a guaranteed $100 or $120 something like that. The new wave is Amazon flex or roadie. At least with these you get guaranteed pay and or decent tips.
HI Angelina! Unfortunately Instacart is not what it once was, in most markets. I definitely recommend adding other apps, if you haven't. The batch payments dropped tremendously. Such a bummer!💛

It was really good when the pandemic first hit. I was getting huge tips and only having to shop normal size single orders. Now it's mostly huge double and triple orders and the tips arent that great.

I disagree. I don't think all gig jobs should be considered as 1 income because to be honest, if you think about it, EVERYTHING is AT WILL. unless you have your own LLC, you're an artist, etc you can be "canceled" out. I say get it how you live it and add as many streams to your ocean as possible. the pandemic taught us that anything can go at any moment and that you must be adaptable

I think ideally that gig work was great for supplementing income and everyone has their idea of what that person looks like
There are so many different scenarios particularly for women that I don’t think people have taken into consideration.
Like Violetta is discussing there are women out here with their children and she looks at that as being a very strong woman. But what she may or may not know is that a lot of these women have been controlled by their spouses using money. Some of these women are in abusive relationships and they’re trying on the sly to do this in order to come up with the monies that they require to leave a bad situation where it’s a smoother transition particularly if you are a parent.
When I signed up for rideshare I was in an extremely toxic and abusive relationship. I was trying to find a way to make that transition safely and I really didn’t pull it off successfully. The individual that I was with was a narcissist. That’s just the foundation of the individual there was a lot more going on you don’t know things about people sometimes until you live with them. It was the absolute most horrific time of my life and even when I contacted the battered women shelter I just couldn’t say his name and that was what was preventing me from being able to completely walk out of that situation. Some people might say well that’s just ridiculous you really should have just said it but there’s a psychology behind all of it that I don’t think people understand and it actually has a impact on your physiology not just your mental and emotional body. This is literally an addiction and not to the individual but to the treatment the pushing and pulling it is an actual addiction and for me I was unaware that this stemmed from my childhood I was already primed by my own parents so I had a Blindspot and I also did not know enough about narcissism or narcissistic individuals.
And result I never really got my journey started because at that point I was already weekend and I was trying to be the peacekeeper and everything I did that wasn’t revolving around him or his family which was pretty big we’re talking about nine children and I had my own who are we still raising was a problem for him. Including me going off with my son so if I wanted to do gig work I would’ve been questioned ostracized tormented that kind of thing.
It started out really difficult for me because I had PTSD after the discard it was very volatile and I just was a mess. So I tried but I wasn’t doing too good getting out there and eventually it was good but I couldn’t recognize that and that was six years ago. Things are so much different now that the opportunities that were there for me then no longer exist and it got to be a very abusive relationship
That is truly what I believe is happening with a lot of these gig works and why people are frantic.
They become reliant or codependent on some stream of revenue or platform that enables them to be independent and in that they are taking full of vantage of because they’re told that you have all this freedom one in fact you don’t and they make it look so good just like a narcissist charms you right into his Lair Then you are love bombed which means you get all the great orders or great rides and all the sudden things start to change and that’s because you’re hooked and I guess the algorithm might have something to do with how this pans out. Eventually you’re getting less and less quality work and you find that you’re having to work harder to achieve the things that you were cheating in the beginning relatively easy
Next thing you know you’re under fire and now you’re already in survival mode full on PTSD trying to grasp on as tight as you can hoping that something bad doesn’t happen because you can’t imagine what you’re going to do after. This is a person who is traumatized this is a person who is triggering themselves or might be triggered by the unethical ways of these platforms and the treatment of those people who you have willingly signed up and remain with these platforms knowing that they Do not offer you a permanent solution as a matter fact all of the things that you thought were great in the beginning are now starting to look like an allusion. You are being run into the ground you’re paying so much money to keep that business afloat and you’re not making that kind of money you need to be making.
When you see this happening often times this is going to strum on peoples insecurities they’re afraid of abandonment they’re afraid of rejection and in the gig work that could be deactivation or the ratings are falling. This is a psychological war against the individuals who made these companies millions or even billions of dollars. Eventually you are discarded. In the world of narcissism the narcissist is done with you they have blood you dry they see that you can see the truth you’re fighting back but it’s a hopeless battle and they are going to win at all costs because they have all the money and all the resources they also have enough people on our support team to keep you at bay Minette away that but those individuals will gaslight the ever living crap out of you
Now you’re wondering if you’re crazy no one is listening to you and you’re starting to ask yourself if what you’ve been thinking or believing is even true anymore I mean do you doubt yourself can you do better what can you do to save this?
The answer is save yourself
You can do these but don’t take it so seriously and do look for other ways that’s why I’m watching this video because I’m sure there are people out here who know things I don’t know and I would love to learn something new but it isn’t for everyone so even though UA-cam is a viable option not everyone is going to resonate with that and it is something that can take quite a bit of time to build but there are people out here that teach you how to do it but if you don’t have the tools or you have so much self doubt we are probably not going to go all in if you’re doing it out of desperation chances are it’s not gonna work and most people who are traumatized are going at everything that way
So once again great video so far I’m listening and I’m hoping to extrapolate something here and that is useful that I can apply in my own life
How do u get income from a UA-cam channel or TikTok? By the advertisers?
From UA-cam one way you get paid is by Google Adsense. Essentially you allow UA-cam to run ads on your videos. Another way you can get paid is by brand deal and sponsorships. For TikTok, once you are at 10K followers you can apply for the creator fund, and this is a way to get paid based off of your views. In addition, creators also work with other brands on TikTok!

I think that the greatest takeaway was the editing tools that you can use on your phone and the inspiration that people can start where they’re at and they don’t have to go big to get started
However with that said even though I really enjoy this channel because I think that the innate ability to interview people is superb I don’t think the content was there for this video it was a little too messy there wasn’t enough good information and I think that the title itself was misleading
I don’t think there was any substance in this video that could be translated honestly I mean is are things all people who are doing gigs have most likely attempted to do
Or have even considered looking into and investing in
I really think that most people have it wrong
If you really want to grow your channel very quickly instead of focusing on what you want you should focus on doing something out-of-the-box
What am I referring to?
While it’s great to educate yourself that’s a very masculine trait. We’re trying to survive and you really want to thrive people aren’t being inspired by contents such as this.
The energy of these videos is desperation and survival and that in itself carries a negative energetics imprint
So like attracts like right?
So we’re looking at injustices in discrepancies inadequacy self-doubt the struggle is real hard knock life mentality and your women so my suggestion is to drop back down into your heart and find what speaks to you
What is the song in your heart?
It absolutely is not money money is just a form of energy it is a tool to be used in the correct way and yet most people aren’t a financially illiterate
You don’t chase money just like you don’t chase butterflies because you’re never going to catch what you’re trying to chase
Think of a magnet and how it simply is what it is and it draws to it all the things that have an affinity for it
Be that
Use this platform to do just that.
However that translates for you I can promise you that using your masculine abilities of intellect is only going to be part of the equation. As women we have been reared up to believe that we have to be competitive with the masculine energy and we try to find a way or female intelligence which your asset is your emotional maturity
Desperation does not equate
That is a very low vibration it’s a very weak magnet
We have to start raising each other up as women and the best thing that a woman has to offer is her nurturing capacity it is what we are known for our mothers our grandmothers look at all the amazing women who were extremely nurturing in their philanthropy work but also in inspiring others through the work that they did while they were here mother Theresa

You really wanna lift people up and inspire them not to make more money but to just be true to themselves and follow the path that speaks to them or should I say speaks to their heart
Life can be very heavy but I really do believe that people need to understand that the heart is the master and mine to be the faithful servant so if you’re going at this in the reverse, you will be disappointed because your expectations will be completely unrealistic
While you don’t fail because everything is a learning experience you do end up failing yourself because you’re not walking in your own light and I do believe that a lot of people are kind of terrified of putting their heart on their sleeve because they don’t want to risk injury but that is your greatest gift
I hope this comment is inspiring to someone who needs it at this time and perhaps it will help you to get on the right path to happiness wholeness and fulfillment

I think that’s awesome however with that said I still maintain all the things I said above and I think the two clues I can give you that I find will be inspirational as a UA-cam or or any other content creator is a think about animals and random acts of kindness if that doesn’t set you on a trajectory I don’t know what will
As far as book bolt and all of that I had heard someone else talking about it the day or two days before I actually came across your ad on UA-cam and clicked it and watched the majority of that but had a lot going on around me so I had to kinda put that aside there’s definitely something there for me to consider but I do not have the additional resources that are necessary to kick something off at this point and I don’t know if I will because right now my only gig is DoorDash and I am disenchanted after four days
Seriously but that’s because I did Rideshare for almost 6 years and as Jen knows I am living in my car and have been since the discard from my ex boyfriend of 2 1/2 years so some people are gonna say well how come you haven’t healed yet because every journey of healing is very personal and it wasn’t just him it was a lot of other things going on in the background even with my own family I had a lot of material to sift through I had a lot of things that I need to bring into my awareness so it’s just not that black-and-white or cut and dry
We have conditioning from sometimes a period of life that we don’t have any mental recollection of but physical and emotional yes there’s a great deal of garbage sitting there waiting for us to sift through it and it only comes bubbling to the surface and it’s time for us to take a very good look at it and even though we can’t identify where it came from we still have to address it. It’s like any new thing you try there’s going to be a trial and error. And it is a learning curve
But I’m definitely interested in hearing more about selling on Amazon because I tend to be a very creative individual I have a lot of ideas and I enjoy the process because for me it’s extremely therapeutic but with those resources there would be a portion of that that would be channeld as an investment into my own life meaning my personal life meeting my basic needs and building a life that is more aligned with who I am but there would also be obviously a portion that goes back into your business because that’s how it works but I also really wanna get into philanthropy like hard-core because it’s what the world needs now seriously I think so many of us are in desperate need of that inspiration
The one thing I think you ladies would really benefit from is to not forget that fun can be a huge asset. Being serious professional determined persistent is all fantastic but it takes a lot of energy whereas if you’re having fun and you’re bringing joy to other people you are absolutely generating more of that in your own life whether you’re aware of it or not and that will be that magnet that starts to magnetize all the things that you could ever dream of so definitely go get you a cup of joy and pour that into your recipes for success because that’s one thing I don’t hear happening in this video and I really think it’s something that is a key ingredient that changes the over all dish altogether
