Very impressed with the interior pieces you made I keep taking my TR6 apart just to clean parts and put back.
I totally understand why you clean things no one sees it is rewarding to make it better then when you found it
Thank you for all your videos

Automotive restoration and philosophy! You are a treat to watch, Johnny. I knew you would clean the inside of the rear taillights even though no one will see them but us. Great job on the wheel arch upholstery pieces particularly.

Haha thank you Albert. I sometimes wonder if I'm boring people whenever I share my thought process. But that's who I m as a person.

Looking very nice now Johnny, the black interior looks very sharp against the TR yellow. I’ll follow up this one as it’s nine months now..

Hi Johnny. I bought two of those lamps in November 1979. They were £79 each. They are about £400 now. I still own the car. Your car’s now looking great. Keep it up.

Hi Mark. I was nervous of dropping one of them when it came to fitting.

The only thing to do now on the wheel arch is to locate the hole for the seat belt . I’m pretty sure you can locate it from under the car.

Johnny. Well done. I’m about to replace the interior in my TR6. I’m curious about the underlayment you used. The molding/shaping ability is seems super useful. Please share the brand name.
    Cheers

      Hi Scott
the underlay I used was household carpet underlay. I was lucky enough to have had some remnants left over from when I had a carpet fitted. so I'm not sure what brand/type it is exactly but I believe theyre all pretty standard. I did a quick search and this came up which is pretty similar.
