  • A good night's sleep is at once the most basic necessity and, paradoxically, one of the most ignored foundational pillars of good health. We often fail to realise that the less we take care of our sleep, the more it hurts our well-being in the long run. Sleep debt is the most heavy debt that I can think of as a practicing neurologist.
