    I don't think there's an investment value in boring looking chronographs if it's just going to be gold or silver or an everyday vintage chronograph it's not going to do too well but if it's a really eye-catching piece it's a good investment. The colorful era of the 60s and 70s are full of good options

    Vintage chronographs are exploding in value in 2010 my 1960 whitnnauer 7004a sold at auction for $400 and now you're not going to find it for less than 2000 in a dealer chat and less than $2,500 in a watch case
