Very good. The bridge part "I ease the seat back" guitar part I think is the best riff ever written.
Thanks man! Yeah, I love the guitar in that part!
Awesome man! One of the first I've seen to actually play the solo pretty close to the studio version
Thanks Bryce!!!
Seriously right? He nailed it and shares the settings. Way rad.
That's just the way I remember it after 3 joints back in 78.great job.
You can at least see him playing now!
😎
Panama didn’t come out until the 1984 album. Not in 1978
@@johnkruton9708 thanks john.that guy makes it look so easy.a real pro.take care mike
@@michaelzuccaro1798 all good. I’m sure the joints helped it all blur together. VH has always been the party.
This is the BEST I have ever seen anyone play Panama! OMG if I was not Eddie I would not be able to tell the difference. Amazing! -Eddie
Awsome and with a sparky 40 ...and a HB fusion . Damn good.... Nice ....
Awesome tone man, dialed it in on my spark and thats one of the best I've heard on the thing!
Cool! Glad you're enjoying it!
Kiiiiiiller playing, man!!! 🤘🤘 Really enjoyed this
This is spot on. Incredible.
WOW ....... awesome playing and superb tones out of that little amp !

Thanks! Working on it!!
sounds great. well done! thx for the tips for Marshall set up on the other video, bout to try it! cheers
Wow, this is awesome. Thank you for the detailed tone notes! Teach a man to fish...
I loved it. You are officially my favorite guitar dude....and that is a lot.
Thank you so much!! I truly appreciate it!
@@zeusdogstudios2740 You deserved a good comment
@@JDRichard Well, that one did it for me!!!! Thanks again.
Superb work
Christ. That I ever sound this good, my Sparky or not.🙏
Also, 💯!
Lol! You'll get there! Just keep playing!
@@zeusdogstudios2740 Thanks man appreciate it, I’m a girl but I have pretty good size hands, do you have any tips for barre chords, many thank yous!🙏
@@DayOneAdeleFans Only thing I can say for getting barre chords down is practice. Try using a barre G in place of an open G in any song you're working on. Just one at a time. Make sure to keep an eye on your thumb and wrist position too. Biggest thing though is practice, practice, practice!!!!
I love my Spark! Great job here 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks man!!!
The best cover of this song ever
Couldn't be more perfect.
Make more videos please. That was awesome 😎
that was killer dude!
Well done! You put the work into that, right down to the volume adjustments!
Thanks man!
Thanks for the tone settings!!
Great playin!
Man..... for under $300. That’s great tone! Killa! Nailed it bro!
Thank you!! Yup, short money for a great practice amp!
Great tone! I just saw from reading all the comments that you used an EQ pedal outside the Spark, that's why I couldn't find those settings on the built-in EQ pedal! I'll try to adjust the built-in one to get the sound as close to yours as I can. Thanks for all the other great settings!
You're very welcome. Enjoy.
Is possible to give more than a thumbs up? Really great!!!
¡Excelente ejecución! Great job! 😮
Really great work!!!
Thanks Dave!
Frigen awesome!!
Thanks Bubba!
Nice! Love the Tele!
Damn!!! Sounds amazing!!!
Thank you!
WOW THIS IS AWESOME
Thank you!!
Wow nice job!! Nailed it! No disrespects but i was looking in the background for a ouija board or something sounded like EVH was being channeled. Nice work!
Lol! Thank you!
Loosk like you were having a blast... Cheers
Thanks man. Always having a good time when playing Eddies stuff.
My compliments.....
Thank you!
Sounds fantastic!
Thank you!
Damn good playing brother.....I'm building me a from scratch guitar right now....and I'm sending off for the spark soon. Man that little amp cranks what a cool little practice amp sounds killer and it's capabilities are off the hook.....I guess they recently added a Dumble and Klon download or something to that effect on top of that tone cloud it has man o man I can to wait to get my gee-tar bilt and the spark amp to crank on! Killer jam dude killer jam!!!
Thanks! Good luck with the build!!
you need to put more video's out you did grate!
Thanks Manuel!!! I'm working on more videos.
Spot on
Thanks.
nailed the tone
Thanks.
Nice job. Well done.
Thank you!
Awesome man
Thank you!
sounds great
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
So glad this came up in my feed. Great sound and great playing. What model guitar are you playing? Is that a roasted neck? Well done!
Thank you very much! The guitar is a Harley Benton fusion T that I modded with EVH pickups and pots, and a Gotoh bridge. Yes, the neck is roasted and has stainless frets!
I absolutely love that guitar, even over my higher end stuff!
Hey Zeus. I thought it was the HB Fusion. I reached a partnership deal with Thomann to review some of their guitars. I do a lot of 12 string stuff so they were supposed to send me one of the new solid top 12s and the T Fusion. When we reached the deal I was averaging 10k views a day. My channel hit a rough patch over the last 30 days and their excitement has turned into I cant get a call or email back now. Pretty crappy. I wasnt even going to keep the guitars. The plan was to donate them to charity. Anyway, I was thinking of buying one but I'm going to wait to see how this plays out. Anyway, awesome playing and I'm glad you like the guitar. Take care and have a great weekend. Mark
Please upload this setting to the Spark cloud! Call it Ultimate Panama or something like that. Amazingly perfect match!
I would upload it, but I'm using an out board eq pedal and won't sound the same without it.
yes dude
Awesome. Nice tone bro. Mind to share in tone cloud?
RIP King Edward
Way good job
Thank you!

Perfect!
Don't know about perfect, but thank you!!
Very well done. Where did you get the backing track?
Thanks! Backing track came straight off UA-cam.
Was just learning this tune, and checking out that harley benton. Did you change out pick ups?
Hi, great playing & tone!!!
Do you use the 'Caline, CP-24 10-Band EQ' or the 'Caline CP-81 10 Band EQ with Volume/Gain' ???
Thanks man. The eq is the CP-24.
@@zeusdogstudios2740 Thanks Bro! Do you know the model Gotoh bridge that is?
No problem! Trem is is a VS-100N.
Is it on the Spark tone cloud? I'll have to go look....
What tone on my spark?
Which Gotoh bridge is that?
Sounds perfect, stumpy!
Great work! How did you dial in the tuning? Ear? Found the specs somewhere online? Can you provide here or point me in the right direction. It's not standard or Eb, but somewhere in the middle, right?
Thanks man. Good catch on the tuning. Most people just hit Eb and call it good. I'm actually using a D'Addario planet waves ns micro tuner. Basically, I tune to Eb and then adjust anywhere between 2 and 4 bars sharp depending on the song. Most of the time I'm just 2 bars sharp and tune the B and E strings accordingly also depending on the song. Hope this helps a bit.
Wait, if you recorded direct out of headphone out to the zoom, how did you monitor? Direct In split to something else to listen to? Or did you play that totally "unplugged" in the room?
Holy shit that was hot.
I'm monitoring with a pair of earbuds on a 6 foot extension coming out of the Zoom headphone out.
@@zeusdogstudios2740 ah that makes sense. I was puzzled :) Man you sounded great. Thanks for the insight.
@@CorkyK Thank you. really glad you enjoyed it. It's a really simple setup, but it works and the hair is excellent for hiding earbuds.
@@zeusdogstudios2740 I guess my hair needs more practice :)
@@CorkyK LOL Good one!
My spark don't sound like that😔
Lol! Sorry man!
Tone is in the hands. Not the clouds
How to setting ?
Woooooow what are your settings?!!!!!!!
Thanks man! Settings are all listed in the description.
Great Playing!
Is the patch on the tone cloud?
Thank you! No, it isn't.
Yo Stump! What color hair dye is that & what curling iron do u use? LMFAO! ;-)~ Nah, awesome job bruh!
Glad you liked it. As far as the other stuff goes, well, I've never used a curling iron that I'm aware of, but the color is called "old man that spends too much time on a lawn mower #4."
You going to add it to the tone cloud?... rippen cover btw.....
Well, a couple people have asked about the cloud, so I guess I'll answer here. I don't think I should add it to tone cloud as I'm using an outboard eq pedal to shape the sound that I haven't been able to replicate with the onboard eq's. So, it won't sound the same without it. Plus I've already gone ahead and listed all the settings above, including the pedal eq.
What are you playing the backing track thru?
Backing track is coming from my phone directly in to the amp with Bluetooth. Out of the amp from the headphone output directly in to my camera.
Awesome! How did you get the track with no guitar audio?
It's just a standard guitar backing track I pulled off UA-cam.
One guy played this better. Once. In the studio. So hey man, what form of tele is that? pups?
Wow man, don't think I'm quite worthy of that, but thank you!! The guitar is a Harley Benton fusion T, which is without question my favorite guitar. It's loaded with EVH Wolfgang pickups and volume pot. I've clipped the bright cap on the volume, and the tone control is bypassed. I also switched out the bridge for a Gotoh.
I wish there were two like buttons

Well all I can say is "DUDE"
Kinda makes you feel sad you got all those expensive heads?
Not at all. Glad to have all of them. This is just a great sounding practice amp.
This is class mate. How'd you mic up the amp? Or is it straight into an interface?
Thank you! No mic involved. Straight out of the headphone output directly into my Zoom Q2n 4k ext input.
@@zeusdogstudios2740 It sounds great! I remember the Spark sounding a little muddier and more digital than this when I toyed around with it.
@@peterklein5861 Thanks man! I've never really noticed the digital, but the muddiness was cleaned up with a caline 10 band eq with a lot of the lows cut. Positive Grid has put an eq pedal in the mix with the latest update which has made it much easier to clean up the mud now!
@@zeusdogstudios2740 - just to clarify, you're using a physical Caline 10 band EQ in line? I looked all over in the app info and only see 'GuitarEQ' or 'BaseEQ' as options
@@pfd1972 Correct. I haven't really even messed with the new eq from the update.
It is playback !!
Lol! It's not THAT close!!!
Turn the record off then let's hear it
I have personally played with this man and he has the skills and knowledge (and ear) to get the tone and play Eddie just like you heard on this video. Sooooo, dispense with what sounds like.... ummmm... jealousy. Or just plain dickery. Listen to his other vids. Especially when he just jams on some stuff. It's real. He's basically a perfectionist (ask me how I know) that wouldn't want to throw some random notes or noise to reveal it's really him as the integrity of the cover has to be there. let it gooooo... revel in the talent and great tone... ohmmmm...
Those are the ugliest shorts I've ever seen......But you shred like a madman!
FAKE
Listen to this vid by him at 5min and 22 sec ua-cam.com/video/Lv8dhbwow3M/v-deo.html Listen to ALL the licks and then some of the Panama stuff.
