If I understtod well this setup mainly base on to forward cellular phone calls to the Panasonic unit. Is it also possible to take the landline calls from iphone?
Well no. Basically it is a landline phone that can also serve as a bluetooth handset for your iPhone.

Does the cellphone have to be in range of the Base Unit or the Handset? I'm asking coz my Base unit would be in a closet next to phone jack and the handsets would be in the rooms.
The cellphone have to be in range of the base unit. And handset have to be in range of the base unit. ;)

KX-TGF380 . How can I use my cell phone to do the dialing and then switch to my Panasonic phone for the use for talking? I like using my cell for finding the person to call then using my receiver of the home phone for making the conversation.
If only pick up the phone doest not work, look on the same button wou can switch from phone to speakphone, you should have a bluetooth option.

Also does the Panasonic need to be connected to a land line as well . i.e must it have its own phone number ? Or can I just use the Panasonic set as a Cell Phone extension
Hi. You don't need a phone line. Just cell phone will work. Once you receive a call, every unit will ring. But the phone must be close to the main unit.
My husband's ex wife is going blind. She needs a handset with raised keys. She cannot see the numbers on a smartphone. I was able to purchase a nice Moto z phone for less than $50. I hooked it to up to Twigby for less than $15 a month. I had a Panasonic phone set that I had replaced years ago. Again, NO LANDLINE is not needed. Plug the Panasonic Base in the wall. Have the cellphone anywhere in the house. Cellphone calls ring in on the Panasonic hand set or speaker phone.
The magic is using the handset to dial out. It goes through the cellphone.
I am hoping she will be able to use this.
Is there any way to connect this particular panasonic phone to a windows 10 20H2 pc with a bluetooth receiver and listen/do calls through pc's speakers?
My father has hearing loss and he is comfortable using his computer headphones. I ordered this phone specifically for the headjack feature but that's available only on the satelites. the base doesn't have a jack I/O to plug the headset piece and we found use of the satellites to other rooms. So i'm wondering if i could connect the base to his computer since the base sits very close to his computer and this phone says it supports bluetooth.
I tried linking the headset option but my computer can't discover the phone. The link to cell works well, but that's the exact opposite of what i am trying to achieve
Unfortunetly, I think the bluetooth fonction is only to get the sound from a phone. So it receive audio but it won't send it to an other device.

Maybe your phone is connecter with to many other bluetooth devices. Try to delete the old one that you are not using anymore.
Still keep in mind that your cell phone need to remain close to the main station.

My KX -TG9541 doesn’t work for voice mail or pairing my iPhone 12. It paired my iPhone 6 which I deleted and tried to pair the iPhone 12 but it wouldn’t pair. Yes the phone was in Bluetooth pairing mode and sees the Panasonic but still Will not pair. I either got a lemon or this phone is a piece of junk !
I guess it might not work for the visual voice mail if this is what you have. Just a guess.
