Thats was beautiful, but question. I have a flat roof with a mansard and have leaks around the end of the flat, to the mansard. any suggestions on what needs to be done. I have pictures but cant load on here. Im a policeman so low budget unfortunately. Gunna try myself which ive done in the past
It sounds like the material is not up the wall high enough behind the material that is on the mansard.

You are however creating negative laps unless you start at the drain .

Thanks for the question. This building had scuppers at each end. I was still working up the slope to the half way mark so the lap is proper. Good question!

Hey I had to remove a small layer of cap sheet to access broken wood. From tree falling.
I dont want to.remove the entire flat roof, is there a way I can do a repair on the last row of cap sheet on a low slope
Hi! Thanks for the question. Yes you can tie in cap sheet to existing cap sheet. You need to embed the granules in the existing cap sheet and can then install some new cap sheet with a 6" lap. If your not used to this work I would contract a flat roofing company.
