Man that PR rep is awesome. He’s so knowledgeable about the industry and passionate about the park. It seems like Dorney knocked it out of the park with Iron Menace, and this guy clearly played a huge role in it.
He is great!

I think it’s funny how Dorney Park already has their new coaster open when Great Adventure is still building theirs and have been open longer.
Great Adventures decision was a last minute one while Dorney was planned over a year in advance. Both Hershey and Great Adventure still have a better lineup.

@@yahuahisall4332 I wonder how last minute it was. Either way, it’s kinda hard to advertise a new coaster when it’s not open until at least halfway through the season, and Six Flags has been terrible with that.

So general question for you Ryan, the jolts seen throughout the ride and especially the one at the end, do they cause any discomfort on ride? Hearing a bunch of different opinions on the smoothness and i want to hear yours too

Every park having someone in PR that conducts themselves like this would be monumentally positive. I think Dorney made this most of this opportunity and really delivered a nice, complete package with this ride.

It looks that way but it’s only because Iron Menace’s lift hill is much steeper! Means there’s less track to traverse

Nice Family ride. Dorney still needs that Headliner coaster though. Line up is all great supporting coasters but need that WOW coaster. Like a awesome Intamin multiple launch where Dinosaurs Alive was.

Looks awesome! I def agree about it being the perfect move for Dorney. Tbh, while I love the new Zambezi, Cedar Fair probably should have gotten two of these, or try and do a package deal for several of the smaller parks. Guaranteed to give good ROI's.

It’s going to be so cool to ride the Zephyr through the coaster structure once the track is rebuilt!
I love the theming in the station and covered queue. That’s nearly on the same level as Universal! Hopefully they redo the station for Possessed to fit the area at some point, if not replacing the whole thing with a new coaster.
They are going to retheme Possessed to match the surrounding area more in the coming years. Apparently once they retheme it they will fix the holding brake as well.

@@garrettbainbridge1954 Dorney had an option to put in an over 200ft dive coaster and specifically chose to make it smaller because they would have had to remove Possessed and they want to keep it.

It would be great to see a dive coaster one day that doesn’t slow down to hold you over the drop and actually just drops, though it might be too similar to something along the lines of an RMC or a modern Intamin

Great video as always. Would love to see a problematic coasters video on Steel Curtain given it was just announced to be closed for the entire 2024 season after it was closed for almost all of the 2023 season.

Ryan, you should definitely make a problematic roller coasters video on steel curtain. Maybe wait till next year when it reopens, but that would be a good episode.
Yo Ryan, I have been binge watching some of your older problematic roller coaster videos recently, and wondered how you got access to the original advertisements, as I am trying to make a video about the history of Kumba at BGT, and really liked how you started those videos with an original ad. I did some searching on UA-cam, but couldn't find any that were copyright free. Are they protected under fair use? Anyways, great video, super cool how you got not only invited, but also got to talk to that PR rep.
If you are unfamiliar, A block zone is a section of track which only one train can occupy at a time.
