Assalamualikum sir
My son is 21 months old.. He was very social child since 1 yr but I have noticed since last three months he changed a lot, he has fear and hesitation. He didn't imitate and not sit like this child. He is hyperactive. He get excited and see upward. Earlier he speak amma papa but now he is not speaking and not responding. He has screen time a lot since last six months. Repetitive behaviour hai. And rarely respond to his name. He is babbling. When l sing poem he come with great smile and when I say clap your hands. He didn't imitate me but mere dono haath pakarh leta hai.
Please🙏 sir help me. Allah aapko jazai khair dega. Me bahut zyada pareshaan hu. Kahi concentrate nahi kar pa rahi hu. Bahut ummeed ke saath aapko likh rahi hu. Please reply me. .

Till 2-2.5 years it is recommended that the therapy should be in mother's lap. In certain cases the child may start responding even before that, I have taken many children at 1.6/7 years as well.

What is the difference between cp and autism or delay milestone???
CP is something related to coordination of muscles, Autism is developmental disorder affecting communication, socialization, repetitive behaviours etc. Any child lacking in achievement of a developmental skill/ milestone can be labeled as with delayed milestones, it can be of any disorder.

@@ahmadsheraz5427 All disorders have a range of severity, it depends upon that. I think a child on a specific disorder can't be compared with a child on another disorder.

Sir Mera beta eye contact boht Kum karta hai . Bus jab koi rhyme ya song gaati Hoon with actions tab dekhta hai ya fir ek baar dekhta hai ki kaun aaya hai. 2 saal ka hai. Bus 2 3 words Bolta hai. Uska eye contact kaise improve karu and understanding and speech kaise Lau.
Vaise har you ke saath appropriate khelta hai blocks colors karna abacus drums stacking cars shapes sort karna puzzles sab Kar Leta hai. Dusre bacho ke saath parallel play Kar Leta hai par unke saath nahi khelta zyada. Kaise improve karu mai
Clapping ,hi di ,roll nd roll immitate bhi Kar Leta hai kafi HUD Tak. Main problem hai eye contact Kum karta hai
