Sir, as a mother to a seven year mild/moderately affected child on the spectrum, I wonder how I missed your videos before. They are so instructive and best of all involve kids and conditions we can relate to. These are the kinds of kids that we see the most, not the high functioning or Asperger's child, neither the profoundly affected child with intellectual disabilities as we see on Western social media. God bless you and all the kids needing help.

Sir Mera beta 2.3 years ka hai delayed milestone hai. 1 machine se Maine use ABA therapy pe daala hai and also I am working with him I do see improvement jaise hi fi clapping karne laga hai. 2 -4 words bolta hai ,2 ghante ki class aaram se laga Leta hai, immitation,object prmoinance ,no repeipativeness ,Attention bhi proper deta hai ,task copy Kar Leta hai Jo hum karte hai,par language nahi samj raha hai matlb instructions nahi le raha hai ,kitna time lag jayega isko thk hone Mai.
The time limit of achieving / mastering a milestone varies from child to child. But if we remain consistent on our goals they do it. At 2.3 y, the delay is not much therefore if you work on pre learning skills in play, focusing attention, processing of instructions and randomize every possible thing (Eliminating junk and screens is obviously important), he will start uttering soon within 4-6 months, at start it would be repetitive and occasional but gradually relevant as per situation....all depends upon your efforts. Be consistent and work with faith.

durva a. Pl work on following in play therapy; attention, processing of instructions and randomisation. Make her write randomly by dictating. Get her attention and let her listen, she will speak. Check for junk food and screens. Consistent efforts will help her in improving.

Sir,my son is three year old. He dont speak.i take him to speech therapist. They first focussed on attention .now they focuss on imitation.they say that he doesnt try to imitate even motor ones.if we make him clap by giving prompt and then takes our hand..he simply holds the hand likewise.nor clap nor release .sir wenever i pronounce a word to him he pays attention but dont even try to repeat. Sir suggest some ways to improve motor and sound imitation..pls sir
naseerat s Attention, focusing, processing of simple instructions etc are the pre requisite for imitation either motor or verbal.
Helping through prompting and fading (gradually decreasing the prompt) helps in learning motor imitation.
For verbal imitation (if on ASD) lot of work is required on pre learning skills focusing attention, processing of instructions and randomisation. Be consistent and focused on your goals.

Assalamuakum sir My name is ishrat.My daughter have autism she has moderate autism she is getting ABA therapy from one year 3 hours per day .she is able to ask for her needs she knows all alphabet and numbers and poem a lot she is not aggressive but sometimes she is angry.
And she easily accept transition. we also giving her vitamins and supplements she is improving and she learns everything very quickly.i am so worried because as I am not trained professional to deal with autism. She is 7 year old and i want to learn some techniques from you that how should I make her behavior good and how to stop the unwanted behavior. And I live in Jeddah Saudia Arabia.Do you offer online course or training.Because I strongly believe that she can be normal child if You will give me training online . Good please reply soon

Aspergers Syndrome is an obsolete term presently known as Social Communication Disorder....In general, to me it is very milder type of autism spectrum disorder.
