I'd check the floats. They get heavy and the fuel bleeds back into the tank cause the needle valves are open.

Two man job one expert carburetor tuner at the engine side
They make some nice vacuum gauges that let you see all three carbs at once-it makes getting them even and tuned a much easier job.
In France they now have a law called SCHLABOUBVE, from next year you can only drive 5000 KM with a combustion engine.
In US we have a law. Come after 600 million vehicles....
