A good soup means a good start of your meal and indo chinese cuisine has a lot to offer in terms of flavour and texture and one of the most populat indo chinese cuisine soup usually loved by all is the Lung fung soup. Although it is a non vegeterian soup it has got both the options- veg and non veg. Today i i have made the vegeterian version with chopped veggies in vegetable stock with ginger and garlic touched by little vinegar and served with crispy fried noodles with on top of it.
