This song was the very first techno song I've ever listened to my life
Such a gem, playing the Saturn's SOTN wasn't a bad idea at all, bangers everywhere.

Easily could've worked for the Black Marble Gallery as well to break up some of the monotony of inverted castle music

Kevin Miguel lol nope. This game came out a full year later AFTER the Playstation version.
@@ZeanZaffre Saturn is very unique. It added a small bit of content that was never added into any other remake or port of the game.

StormCrow95 I actually liked the inclusion of the Alucard Spear. It was a pretty powerful weapon
I liked it because of it adding a bit of Bloodlines. And the big three "level one" tracks for the NES trilogy getting remixed was pretty baller.
StormCrow95 Well in castlevania bloodlines it was known as the lecarde spear. So I am not really sure if the two spears have any sort of connection :/
It's mis-transliterated as the "Alcarde Spear", or the "Lecarde Spear". Judgement, with younger Eric Lecarde confirms it's the Alucard Spear, and that Alucard forged it himself. I say that, and add on, that Portrait of Ruin confirms that; while giving it to Jonathan Morris(the son of the one in Bloodlines) after his mastering the Javelin.
Why we dont have this soundtrack on PS1?!
Jean-philippe Lorrain Because this track was only released for the saturn version of symphony of the night and it only plays in one of the saturn exclusive levels, the underground garden but inside the inverse castle.
Sebastian N. True, but as a different comment said, they could have used this somewhere in the inverted castle, as it was really lacking in varying music. But I’m pretty sure the Saturn version released after, so these tracks weren’t a thing when the PS1 version came out. Would have been nice to include them somewhere in the PSP/PS4/mobile
re-releases though.
@@leelduttis4086 saturn came first but ps1 was rushed so they had no time to remaster these areas
@@mistasphveev7319 I’ve actually never been sure which version came first, I knew there were traces of the Saturn-only content in the PS1 version such as the trap-door at the entrance, and the Saturn exclusive content did admittedly feel kinda out of place, so I kinda just assumed they were being developed at the same time with the PS1 version coming out first.
@@mistasphveev7319 You are absolutely incorrect. The Saturn version was released after, and suffers due to the game being specifically designed in a 3d engine to fit with the ps1's internal architecture.
