This is a BEAUTIFUL model. I cannot wait for ours to be built, we elected for the model w/o the basement since 4500 sq ft is plenty for an older, retired couple like us!
4500 Square Feet is LOTS of space and that is a GORGEOUS floor plan. Welcome to the neighborhood! (I'm not actually in that neighborhood, but pretty close!)

We LOVE the lot and it was released just prior to us going to see the Mansfield model. Lori was amazing and when we found out we could get it without the basement, we were SOLD!
