I've gotten a few people asking about the price. Because this is a fully custom home and it is currently not for sale, there isn't really a price we can post for the home. Homes like this one with SO many amazing custom details start out at about $300 per square foot and then go up from there. So... this home is 4,600 square feet... you can be certain we are in to the million$. Having been there on site, I can tell you that you can feel the quality of the home in every square foot!
I dont even live in Florida and don't plan on moving but I like watching her tours...she seems so passionate about her home tours and she explains everything So well.

..but beautiful! I am just now discovering Christopher Burton homes and I must say that aside from M&A Homes in Virginia, Christopher Burton is by far the best builder I've ever seen. Each wing of this beautiful home deserves it's on postal code! I am loving this builder's homes.

Wow, just wow! Love the pool bath and the master suite is breath taking! I really like the entrance to the master and you choose to go right or left into the bathroom or bedroom. And the his and hers walk-ins are a really nice touch! The master that opens to the outdoor space is a neat idea and I really like the separate garages and the one that opens to the master suite! Someday!!

It does still get cold in Florida especially at night so a gas fireplace is really nice to have and I really wish more houses in Florida had them!
I totally agree... plus, after you've lived in Florida for a while, your perception of "cold" changes. 60˚? BRRRR!

I actually came down to Viera looking for a home back in November. I came in the Adelaide community but did not go in the models because it was storming pretty bad that day. I went to Valencia in Addison Village and loved those homes also. I will be ready for transition around the end of March. My money go a lot further here in Fort Mill SC but I’m willing to spend more to get that beauty. Do they have anymore of these floor plans ready for sale? I am to impatient to wait for a build.

Yes and no.. because they are based in the eastern part of the state, they told us it would have to be a pretty large (meaning $$$) project to have them build in Central Florida. And by large they mean something above $5 million. (yikes)

Hi Rajesh! This home is actually out on the Space Coast near Melbourne. BUT, this builder can build all over Central Florida as they are a custom builder.
Is this particular home being built in Orange, Seminole or Polk counties?
Well, yes and no... This floor plan is just a basic starting point for a completely custom build. So this builder would build it anywhere with a contract. They are based in Melbourne so they would need either a very large single project or multiple projects further out west in order to have it make sense to build too far away from there. (I hope that makes sense)

How tall is the ceiling
I believe that they are 12 feet in most of the central area. May be a little lower in the bedrooms.

I'm not sure this builder- Christopher Burton Luxury Homes has ever built the same home twice... They build their models to give you an idea of where to start. A good STARTING point is $300 per square foot for a custom build... So with this home it would certainly be in the $2 million+ range to start depending on the lot and location.

Hi Fred! Nope, I think that WE missed something. There are a couple of rooms that COULD be counted as bedrooms, but you are correct! There are only four spaces that would be considered bedrooms as shown. I'll change the thumbnail! Good catch!!!
I wondered the same thing. The master on one side, the bedroom with the attached movie/game room, then the 2 bedrooms attaching to the courtyard. Where was the 5th?
