In Gurugram builder's are constructed 2 BHK flats without any approval, no MCG BUILDING PLAN APPROVAL, NO DTCP APPROVAL, DOING REGISTRY IN NUMBER 2, corrently no registry and electrical supply by government . Please suggest should we have to buy these type of flats. They are charging carpet area 750 Sq ft but doing registry for 550 Sq ft. I don't know the real reason behind this.
