Hey so I did a shifter swap,center console and cluster swap also added paddles on my 2011 charger still can’t get in manual but the car want to shift when you move the shifter you’ll notice your rpms change I may downshift if you get lucky but I talked to a handful of tuners and they pointed at doing a pcm swap because it’s a pcm from a pursuit not a rt so if I’m successful with doing it I’ll upload a video showing my work and the pcm for the pursuit is recognized by the collum shifter auto stick so I’m pretty sure it will fully recognize the inputs from the paddles and floor shifter and I also did a 8.4 screen swap and I have all srt pages from the screen to the cluster and the cluster came from a 2016 challenger rt everything plug and play

no, I read a post from a floor to column conversion that said it did not work in that config either. I think the car is just not wired for it. I plan to harvest the switches from the old gear shift and make something. It should then look the same to the cars system.
How did you get it to work? I have done swapped mine but haven't been able to get manual mode to work. And by any chance, do you notice the shift solenoid still clicking when you are in drive? I can hear it engaging when im in stop and go traffic. It drives me nuts.
@@upstage60 yeah I’m curious about my 2016 pursuit Charger. Wondering if it having a 5 speed would make it not compatible with the 8 speed floor shifter?

Does the 8 zf transmission shift to 6.4 without problems, and do you need to change any other parts?

I have an old looking floor shifter in my 2019 charger pursuit , I can’t get manual mode to work do I need to update the gear shifter ?

Yes but you have to use a 2014 or earlier shifter , i dont think anyone figured out the manual part yet

Where did you get the wiring harness extension from?
You make it from the short jumper wire. Cut it & extend it.
Go to the 8 minute mark on the video and you will see the part to extend.
This work on a 2017

@@brianpresto14468 speed is electronic shifting. Not cable.
