    Always a gain great and easy to apply advice from your videos thank you! Have you ever trained an athlete who is coming back from an ACL rupture?

      Hey! I have but usually after physio clearance OR in conjunction with a physiotherapist who is monitoring strength progressions in the athlete! It certainly is the most common injury in our sport!

    this is my biggest skiing challenge. i can carve fine but cannot do short turns or moguls
