    I'm 63 balancing on my foot for 2.5 minutes, but then again I do lots of stream fly-fishing all summer balancing on rocks. I'm looking forward to the coming ski season 2 months to go.

    YES... YES... YES... working on balance is so important and yet it is the least talked about! 👍
    Personally, I have added 5-10 minutes of Yoga each and every morning to my offseason training... i.e. Bird of Paradise Pose! 👍
    I am going to introduce some simple Yoga/stretching moves at the beginning of each of my group ski classes this season.
    Not sure what the response from my fellow Vail instructors is going to be... but going to find out! 🤣

      Let me know how it goes! Having that little bit of warm up before each class/day is HUGE! I should do another video about that this season too.

      As an on-snow supervisor at a major Utah ski resort. I lead stretches for all instructors at lineup. I wouldn’t mind seeing a vid of some warmup ideas that would be good while wearing uniforms and boots

    I’m 79 and can stand one legged on a bosu ball for 2 minutes. At 71 I could do 3 sets of one legged squats on a bosu ball so, yes, I am losing it.

    Came looking for tips for balance, stood on one foot the entire video (while drinking a beer). I'll guesse I'll just stick to what I'm doing then (skiing and bicking)

    It's all core. Go rock climbing. It's all balance and legs.
