Loved this, honestly, I laughed out loud a couple of times (eg 'just cycle and forget the burn!") at the good humour. Great adaptations of some exercises (the walking burpee) that my chronically challenged knee would otherwise not have allowed me to do. And it was more vigorous than some regular standing cardio abs workouts in the repertoire, the up-and-down levels certainly contributed to that.

I liked this workout. I had little trouble figuring out what you were doing during the plank exercises but I did something like what I thought you were doing and I did feel it in my obliques. Love having cardio and abs together.

I love all your vids and get a real burn out of them, but this one, not so much. I'm not feeling it in my core at all, regardless of when I activate it. Is there anything you can suggest for this work out?
@@FitnessType Hey! Thanks for your reply! I did do it with ankle weights but I felt no different. Also the ankle weights available here do not fit women XD so they fall off! Will you be doing a more intense cardio (abs) work out? I'd love to see that. Otherwise, keep it up! Thanks!
