You're welcome! Hmm good question. You might try to do side steps instead of twisting? Or stay at the same site for half of the duration and then switch to the other side.. Hope this helps :) Marischa

I just discovered something - if i take your HIIT workouts and turn them into stepper workouts as I go along - it works my brain AND my heart/lungs.
