    Marischa's workouts are so easy to modify, anyone can do them and make them what they want! I added impact and worked up a nice sweat. Thanks for being on UA-cam!

    thanks for another great workout Marischa! for twist reach steps, i kind of get a little dizzy after looking left and right. Any suggestions to modify it slightly to prevent dizziness?

      You're welcome! Hmm good question. You might try to do side steps instead of twisting? Or stay at the same site for half of the duration and then switch to the other side.. Hope this helps :) Marischa

    I just discovered something - if i take your HIIT workouts and turn them into stepper workouts as I go along - it works my brain AND my heart/lungs.

      You're welcome! The safest in what context? Most of the times you can use BMI to see if you're healthy, unless you are a bodybuilder or something like that :) Marischa

    With no AC this is def a butt kicker haha. I even had my boyfriend join, he was dying at 21 mins hehe but he will get better soon. Great workout, thank you :)
