Thanks man, this video was super helpful! I just got into puppetry and there's so much subtle nuances needed to make the puppet feel real. I love your content so far!
That was really informative. I am a newbie puppeteer and one of the puppets I have is really hard to open and close the mouth so it flips the lid to talk. Keeping the wrist loose and leading with the wrist to make the head drop down really helps. Thanks for sharing...
This is great! I have been doing a zoom puppet practice once a week with two puppeteers I am working with on an ongoing project and this is exactly what we need to step it up a notch. Thank you. Just subscribed.
Very well done jelly roll tips was helpful. Thanks for the unique perspective. I have large hands I wear a size 15 ring so I can’t use some puppets easily so this will be helpful when I can’t get a grip I need to to drop the jaw.

My pleasure! Been super busy so I haven’t had the chance to continue this series, but hopefully soon!

Excellent. Between yours and Adam's sites, I don't have to buy the Puppetry for Dummies book. Thank you.
Excellent video! I just subscribed! :)
Great tip’s thanks 😎
nice content
Great content Kevin! Thank you
The Henson punch is new to me. Very cool! I love how your simple practice rig instantly comes to life when you start using it.
I used to have trouble with the top lip flapping and found that if I cross my fingers slightly it helps to keep the top part of the head lower.
These were great tips. Im sad there isnt a Part 3 or Part 4.
Thanks! Hopefully some day there will be, things got real busy with the shop 😁
