A bus fell into a river in Shanghai after the driver suffered a heart attack and fainted. A nearby colleague chased after the out-of-control vehicle and tried to stop it, but to no avail. Sensing he was in trouble, he urged all the passengers to get off before he passed out. Fortunately, he is now in stable condition and recovering in hospital.
