Dang HOAs... I'm curious, would you plan on retiring and full-timing or most-timing?! I hope you have a long 4 years, life seems to be going by so fast lately.
Not full time. I plan to retire from One school district once I reach age of Medicare insurance is a killer. If I retire now it’s $1800 a month and I only received $3500 a month before taxes for my pension. pretty sad huh? I’m hoping to be able to work part time to subsidize my pension so I won’t be full timing at anytime soon.
Heys Guys ! Great reviews ! I really like those little guys much better than those foldable A Liner units for sure. Build quality seems to be good and I like all that diamond plate 👍👍👍👍👍 A little pricey though 🤷🏻♂️
Xtreme Outdoors Little Guy Mini MAX FX. Nice large Water, Grey, Black tanks providing longer off-grid camping...sadly Tab went to the cassette for the black. Sadly Xtreme stopped production...but some great deals on what is still remaining on dealer lots.
Oh man, if we were in the market for one, we'd snatch up one of those Little Guys! We saw them for 50% off at a local show and I'm sure they're even more off if we were to travel a bit!
Appear to be nice solid units. Seems short on larger space storage - like hanging clothes (jacket, shirts, etc). Otherwise pretty doable for most humans that can adapt. Very innovative thinking and design goes into these and attention to fit and finish.
Emma always seem to have a look like " we at the FBI have no sense of humor we are aware of". I bet she is a hoot in person. Emma, Im just kidding. I'm usually not a fan of the teardrop trailers, I'm 6'4" and 370, but I kinda like that 400. I have a cat though, could you get a litter box in there? Been looking at a Shasta I5 compact , the door is on the back. It's 17ft, and has everything my 28ft tt has now, including closets and a couch. Guaranteed it's not made as well as the nucamp, but it's $11k
Bahaha. I told her and she just squinted at me. Typical government agent behavior. 🤣 She has no idea that her face tends to be so flat in expression. In her defense, I'm so animated that I'd likely make a clown look boring! 😂 I bet you could get a litter box in there if you took off one of the bottom doors and slid a lower-lipped pan in there! The Shasta is so interesting, at $11k it's a steal comparatively!!
I love that one. For me and my son or me alone. My only problem is an HOA. Another 4 years in the school system and then I can retire.

They sure are pricey! There are deals to be had, but definitely not around here in Washington, that's for sure.
Nice tours. Love my 400.
I love your 400 too! 😂
i liked the layout of that 360 the most; but i think that 400 has a little more space which would be nice.
Agreed! Now they need to make a 420 and just combine my favorite options...
Nice units
Agreed!

Agreed! A bit limited in certain spaces, but I can see a few creative solutions to overcome some of that. 😊
Okay, and weee're back!
