For reconcilation please note its not only materials installed on permenant works and wastage.... you need to have a record of materials installed at temporary works which comes under prelims such as site offices, labours welfare areas, steel yards.....etc

yes; this is very important job.but mostly at project site not done at starting stage .i followed this procedures during beginning and can control easily the supplied and installed material reconciliation and reducing wastage
