It is normal to fear public speaking. There are in general four fears for public speaking: fear of being stared at, fear of failure, fear of rejection, and fear of the unknown. Most schools have a public speaking prerequisite that will help scholars control those fears. If the student spends time preparing for the presentation, that will help significantly because it will raise your confidence level which will result in a better performance. Above all, do not worry, your body will adapt.
this semester i had 5 ones , my schedule was v. crowded but it's beneficial although it takes hours from my study time,, it was hard in the beginning and the more i do it the more i got used to it..

I still think presentations are pointless & a waste of time

Yeah I think they do it in pharmacy school just so you learn skills with working with others and team building skills more than anything
