I look at happiness as instant gratification.. temporary.. for the moment .. peace .. peace is everlasting .. we are all going to have tough moments in life .. but we can find peace within those times.. peace is truly intentional.. you have to really want it for yourself because once you get it, you won’t let anyone steal your peace and joy. The devils job is to steal peace and joy… greatest accomplishment.

I’m feeling this exact way at 38
I’m 39 and mostly a loner. I’m super accomplished and generally doing well in life. As a result, I’m struggling to find like-minded individuals to befriend. The few friends I have generally complain about their lives….being broke, single, unaccomplished etc. I’ve decided I’m better off spending as little time as possible with them at this point. It’s a pity!
Community is super important and the time it takes to MAINTAIN FRIENDSHIPS. I'm in my 20's and that feeling of "loss" was alwayssssss there!

As a fellow cancarian ♋️ I’ve also been a loner n isolated by choice all my life n I’m 29 trying to create a balance becuz social interactions are needed but the anxiety be crazy most times 😅😅😅😅
Chile, same here! I turned 27 on July 1st. I have been going through a transition in isolation over the past few years but I started being more social in spring '22 and the outcomes have been great. Still have more healing and growing to do but the journey has been brighter. So my crybaby cancer self cried with her lol 💚

I've definitely been sensitive and a crybaby since I was a kid. I'm not sure what my moon is. I think it's capricorn which would make sense cause all of my best friends since my childhood were capricorns.. And I think the other thing may be scorpio. I'm gonna look that up lol

I deal with quite a bit of anxiety and depression and about to find out about a couple other mental situation/disorder I didn't know were trauma based. I'm quite introverted. You really are an inspiration to just keep it going. Thinking about yourself because nothing else in life will work if your not okay. I have a daughter and realize she's not healthy unless I am. Thanks for showing you, from a forever follower. ❤
Check out: daily Jesus anxious about nothing and overcoming anxiety and depression. I've been suffering through it most of my life I don't want to take the medicine side effects you can make you uliver yourself. I do like therapy it's good to have someone to talk to when others won't listen. What I have found these daily devotions daily Jesus have really helped me out. I've always turned towards the Lord in times of trouble and it seems to be the only thing that helps me. Check it out speak to a therapist PTSD trauma and I do believe I suffer from that.
At night time I also looked at Grace for purpose they have videos you can fall asleep sometimes for hours to 8 hours you can listen to understand why people's act like they do with why the world is like it is.❤

I've been diagnosed with the same issues. Not easy what so ever.
I am also a "loner" type of person.. or really, I just love my me time.. but spending time with family is necessary, it is a good "reset" , it allows you to feel grounded & helps you cope with stress. I'm glad that you've discovered that. & im so happy that you have so much joy & gratitude. Thats a blessing, God is so good. ❤
“necessary” is a stretch. depending on one’s attachment, family is often unreliable and greatest source of many folks’ traumas.
@Sharifay. Really what is necessary is to be around "good" friends & family that you are "close" with.. it's good for the soul. I would think that would go without being said, im sure no one would find it "necessary" to spend time with family that they don't want to be around or that make them think of traumatic experiences..
@@beautifulyas fair enough. i just can’t help but think of the many people who have no family/friends. even if they do… it’s a toxic and exploitative dynamic. however, being around healthy people is good for the soul. it helps keep us sane and content. 💕

Never ran in a clique but as I got older I realized it’s not as easy to build those friendships like it was in school. And being a workaholic can take a toll on my mental after a while. I rely on family to recharge me after being isolated for a while. You got this sis! Keep pouring into yourself 😊

I get emotional like that at concerts. Music is so fulfilling to me and to see some of my favorite artists singing their asses off, right in front of me! its like a overwhelming amount of gratitude and excitement. I need to get to the point I feel that way everyday waking up as you do. It's like I think many people are grateful to be alive and well, but sometimes theres things we want to do (switch careers, follow our dreams, dig into our passions) and we may not be able to for whatever reason and it makes us blind to all the "common" blessing we receive everyday. (waking up, having clothes, food, shelter, a job, a car, family, friends, and a limitless future)
In conclusion 😅 I need to start gratitude journaling again and praying more

Yes friendship is actually important to have .. I know us girls have a big wall up but having a friend or two is important . Especially when you get married and your husband going out with his close buds it’s nice to have your own social life outside of your marriage / relationship

I’m a Cancer and I’m literally the same! I deal with the same feelings and I was also cool with everyone but I had my main group of 2 bestfriends that are constant. This video spoke to me because when I’m locked in I’m locked in and I overwork myself but balancing that with family time helps me so so much!

When I was in high school I wouldn’t say I was popular because I didn’t go to all the major parties but people knew who I was and I didn’t realize it was because I spoke to anyone who was kind no matter what “group”.
