I just installed my spirit HD and it works really well, I just can’t test the microphone so just wondering if you’re using that mic in the video or is that a different mic?
I"ve just picked up one of these. Use with my iPhone. I have issue with the microphone being very quiet on phone calls, others cannot hear me unless I'm practically screaming in the helmet. Using the boom mic and it is positioned directly in front of my mouth. Wonder if I have a bad mic.
Thank you for this first impression, I was going for the X2 300 euro for the JBL, now I will go with Spirit HD 220euro. I think you figured it out by now. Google assist will only start listen to your instructions after the bip, anything before that will be not picked up as instruction. The speed how fast the bip comes depend on your phone model and merk. More expensive is better. Have Fun.
I've got the pactalk one. You can say volume up and down. It's all talk commands. Don't forget to say hi card lol. I look mad when I'm talking to myself in petrol garage lol.
I recently bought a cardo pactalk slim & had the same problem you had with Google assistant, had to set it up in settings then it was all good, I do what you said keep it in low so I can hear everything around me, I have a sena on my other helmet, I wanted to try out cardo & so fat I like it. I only just started using Cardo takes a bit of getting used to and work around . Once it’s promoted to play the track you ask it to play then tell it to play music seems to work . Not sure about unlock phone to call I get that message too maybe use the cardo command.

Aye, for some reason the cardo commands don't work on this and cannot get them to trigger at all.

Cheers mate, cardo commands don't work at all for me, managed to get it to a point where it seems to work okay using Google assist

Can u hear any bass with earplugs on?
Depends on the ear plugs, but can hear through mine great and can hear clearer due to lack of wind noise
