Meet Regina Roberti! (lifetransforma...)
Regina is a Certified Health Coach, Life Transformation Coach and Licensed Trainer in Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH). She is a Certified Hypnotist through the Marisa Peer School of Rapid Transformational Therapy and a Certified Self-Sabotage Coach. Regina specializes in helping people who have been struggling to sleep for years get restful energizing sleep again in 30 days or less, as well as assist her clients in achieving their personal health and wellness goals by utilizing her clients intrinsic motivation in making healthier lifestyle choices.
Regina has been a licensed massage therapist for over 14 years, helping her clients deeply relax, gain range of motion, and de-stress. She noticed through her years of practice that her clients would come in with physical symptoms that strongly correlated to the amount of mental stress they had in their lives. As she continued to pay attention to how often they would need to come back to decompress, it became obvious that if she worked with her clients on the root cause for their stress, she would be able to help them physiologically as well. When the mind relaxes, so can the body.
Regina trained in a few different programs since 2019 to better be able to understand the mind and is now using ACH and her coaching techniques to expedite results so her clients can relax and flow with their lives more easily. She helps her clients take on better coping strategies and worry less about the things that bother and stress them out.
