How alcoholic would this get when using yeast over injecting the carbonation?
I really want to try this but don't want anything too strong. Also love the presentation of this video! Hope to see you make many more.

Thanks for the comment. Using natural carbonation only adds maybe 0.5% of ABV. Keep watching. More to come.
