Did you know that We Got It was written by Ne-Yo and Elijah Kelley specifically for the NBC Live musical version of The Wiz!
Performed by Shanice Williams (Dorothy), Ne-Yo (Tin Man), Elijah Kelley (Scarecrow), and David Alan Grier (Lion) as the gang tries to find the courage to track down Evillene the witch!

I watched this a few years ago, but watching again yesterday reminded me that this was one of the BEST live tv musical adaptations. SO GOOD.

The Wiz and Grease were the best of the televised live musicals.
Wish they were on a day longer. I've been working the past two days so not been able to watch it. Gutted. Missed so many shows because of shift work.

Such a tune! I loved this production. The whole ensemble was great - Shanice Williams in particular has such presence, can't believe she was just 19 or whatever???

This is my favorite song in the Wiz!
Thanks to everyine involved for doing such a great job on this version of my favourite musical ever! This original song fits right into the story. Hopefully it will be a permanent feature in all renditions of The Wiz from now on. This cast did a great job continuing the legacy of great performers in this misical's history.
I really love this song! So often when they add songs for film/TV adaptations they're just gilding the lily, but this song is really beautiful.

I tried watching the musical and a message poped up saying the video wasn't available. I tried throughout the weekend but it was no use :c
Is this a region issue, because I watched JCS, Cats and Phantom without a problem

I think it's because these aren't ALW productions anymore, combined with licensing issues, that's causing em not to be available everywhere like they were before.

To do that they would first have to buy the broadcast rights for Asia. They are hardly likely to do that unless they can be assured of some income. Alternatively you could get a VPN.

For those who wrote that they cannot access the show, I think these are no longer free to air unlike the previous ones. If you read the caption, you need to either buy or rent it. Same with Hairspray. It's not a regional thing.
