You can clean carbs all day long but if you don't pull out the jets and clean them individually you will have troubles, especially the low speed jets which have very tiny orifices. There is a set of drill bits size 61 thru 80 numbers drills you can get. The whole drill bit case is the size of a matchbook! With these bits you can clean or drill oversize almost any jet. Nice boat!
Yeah I went and did all that. Cleaned Avery jet and rebuilt the carbs. It's running alot better now, mechanic said a reed valve seems like it's sticking and to just run and see if will clear itself out. I think it did and it's running a lot better now.
