Thanks Paula for using your platform to introduce us to special people like Logan and Barbara and help to educate us on becoming more aware of autism . My grandson has a form of autism, sensory processing disorder and he too has a wonderful Mom and Dad who has worked so hard with him to give him the best help they can find. He is 13 years old now and has grown so much. I absolutely loved this precious story. Thank you.
What an amazing young man that Logan is! Such a joy to meet him and Barbara and see how he how learned to thrive in his world of autism and spread the message of acceptance to all of us@ Such a joy to watch this amazing episode! I was just in Savannah for the first time this weekend and had brunch at the Lady and Sons, a real bucket list moment for me! I whispered to Savannah that I needed to spend more time with this sweet southern lady! Cheers!
Thank you for sharing Logan’s message. I became guardian of my autistic granddaughter earlier this year (after the unexpected death of my son). She has a hard time showing emotions. At 3:06 AM she came to get me, said she didn’t feel well. We sat together in her room and after a while she asked me to sleep with her. That was so hard for her to admit she needed me. Long story short but I feel Logan’s message was sent from above. Thank you.
Oh my goodness, Paula. This is one of my favorite episodes that you have done. I have a nephew who has autism. After graduation from high school, He went on to culinary school and is a wonderful chef. He makes all kinds of breads and rolls for the holidays. He's married to a wonderful young lady, thwt is a teacher.... they have a beautiful little boy and another one on the way... ❤❤❤
Good morning Paula & Logan! GOD Bless You! You are an AWESOME AMAZING ANGEL YOUNG MAN! I had a friend in highschool who was a bit older than me and she had an autistic son. This was the early to mid eighties. Her child's father left her. Her momma mode kicked in. At that time not much was known about and no proven resources. She'd talk w/ doctor's & educators that also worked with down syndrome & other special needs children and adults as well. You are a SUPER STAR LOGAN! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏🙏🙏⭐⭐⭐
My grandson has autism. I love him dearly. It is a hard road trying to understand what he’s going through still looking for help in learning how to cope with certain things. He is six years old. he’s going to ABA classes he is nonverbal, but starting to speak more picking at words he’s very smart with computers. He knows things I don’t know about that lol.
Thank you for doing this video. My grandson is about to turn 7, and he has severe autism. It is so important to get the information out there so that people that have not been exposed to autism can understand a little better. God bless you, and Logan.
Autism is a spectrum, but there are traits that are the same. Some are very difficult for others and many many get divorced because the spouses don't even know that autism is a factor.
Very informative video. Autism is actually an amazing enigma. Remember “Rain Man”? There is sometimes an outstanding feature to a person with autism. It’s really an enigma…Logan, you da man! God bless you. 😇😘
my sweet nephew has autism and we had to fight the doctors to get him on the right meds because they did not believe us that he is autistic i think that is something that needs to change doctors need to start listening too there patients
Thanks for the video and your questions my son has autism and thanks to Logan my son has autism he goes to college and work part time when my son was diagnosed in school my husband was devastated it first but we stayed in tuned my his school team and psychologist he has turned out to be amazing My son graduated with honors and was able to enter in to junior college we are dealing with his social issues now as a adult and his masking but with hard work , a loving family and teaching him to ask for help we pray and that he can continue to thrive
Paula one in 34 now but when we were younger it was one in 10,000, now I know it wasn’t diagnosed back then as autism and that will fool the numbers but something is going on. My daughter has a rare familial epilepsy, nobody on either side of the family has epilepsy. When she was diagnosed at 14 it was absolutely crazy to me because in a group of about 10 girls that she hung out with, three of them had epilepsy. I graduated with 1000 kids and we had one epileptic. I am so excited about RFK and I know it’s bad to be political on UA-cam but something drastic has to happen it has affected our lives personally and I’m looking forward to something new and different happening.
I do do wonder if it's something to do with , now multiple generations, getting quite a few vaccines & overprotected/gmo food. Personally, I had a very high fever with the tdap shots and mom refused the 2nd round... I also didn't speak until kindergarten (and a wonderful speech pathologist)... so I do wonder based on personal experience if that shot caused something (sister spoke very early, brother by 2...me...😅 , though I never shut up now 😂😅😊)
@@mommashawna707 DONT BE ASHAMED!!! THANK YOU FOR SPEAKING UP ITS UR RIGHT THANK GOD FOR RFK Jr!!! Amen girl AMEN!!! IT WILL GET BETTER AND HEALTHIER I FEEL IT!!! 💪🏻
RFK is a total clown. He is painfully unqualified. He has spent years spreading bizarre fantasy conspiracy theories. It doesn't get worse than that. Please, please pick someone else to speak for your health concerns. There are plenty out there.
That absolutely is not true. It did exist years ago it just wasn’t diagnosed. I have 5 children and one has Autism. His conception took longer, my pregnancy with him was the only one different, he was the only one who was different all along. It’s genetic. My 56 year old brother has had autism all along but didn’t get an official diagnosis until he was 50. It absolutely was not from vaccines or foods.
I personally have to disagree I think too many vaccines and junk in our foods is some of the reason not just genetics. The test for genetic isn’t all that accurate from the research I’ve done and been told by doctors. Why are some food additives illegal in some countries but we still have them.? We have this kind of food additives so we can be used as medical Ginny pigs. Just my personal opinion. 😊
As someone with a disability myself I truly appreciate content such as this thank you Paula
God is using Paula in many ways during this stage of life. Thank you for allowing Logan into your home and he telling his story.

Is he wearing a wig?
???? What's it matter??
Im a cosmetologist..I don't believe it's a wig. I think that's his nature hair. It looks great.
He looks a lot like Keith Urban
